М., Недра, 1979, с. 80-83. This is mainly due to an increase in the width and length of the chamber, which leads to an increase in the number of circulating pulp through the impeller with insufficient dispersion of the pulp by air. It is impossible to implement the fluid dynamics of the machine due to the high speed of the downward flow in the submerged layer. Therefore, recently, in this aeration unit, the impeller has been partially open at the bottom, which makes it possible to improve the hydrodynamics of the machine, but this increases the wear of the impeller due to its operation on a more abrasive coarse-grained pulp. These drawbacks make it difficult to efficiently disperse air in the pool for flotation machines with a chamber volume of more than 25 m. The aim of the invention is to increase the amount of dispersed air by self-suction of intermediate enrichment products and reduce operating costs. This goal is achieved by the fact that the impeller is made in the form of a closed centrifugal pump wheel with openings near the hub in the lower disk for the passage of air, the impeller drive shaft is equipped with a face sealer and a baffle ring, and the circulation pipe has a throttle valve and a feed nozzle and is fixed on removable stator vanes, and the stator vanes are removable. Figure 1 shows the aeration site, the section; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - installation face sealer, cut. The aeration unit of the flotation machine has a centrifugal impeller 1 with a drive shaft 2, a stator 3 with removable vanes k, a circulating 5 and air 6 pipes, an end sealer 7 and a casing 8. The centrifugal impeller 1 is made in the form of a closed centrifugal pump wheel and has a top 9 and the lower 10 disks between which the blades 11 are bent backwards relative to the direction of rotation of the wheel, and the hub 12 The disk 10 near the hub 12 has holes 13, under which the radial vanes 14 are fixed. The circulation pipe 5 has a feed nipple 15 the throttle valve 16 and is fixed with the help of a wedge joint 17 on the blades 4 of the stator 3; The end sealer 7 consists of a body 18 with a fitting 19 for water, rotating 20 and a non-rotating friction pair of springs and springs 22. The natural shaft 2 is equipped with a breaker shaft 04; 23. The aerating assembly assembly is attached to the bottom of the chamber 2k with a wedge joint 25. The aeration assembly of the flotation machine operates as follows. (When the impeller 1 rotates by means of the drive shaft 2, the pulp is sucked into the circulation pipe 5 through the feed pipe 15 and the throttle valve 16. At the same time, compressed air is supplied from the air pipe 6, which is mixed with the pulp in the impeller 1 and is thrown between the blades k of the stator 3 chamber 2k. At the same time, part of the air enters through the openings 13 in the lower disc 10 under the impeller where it mixes with a small amount of water supplied for cooling to the end sealer 7 through fitting 19- Redistribution of compressed Air is blown into and under the impeller by changing the size of the gap between the lower flange of the air tube 6 and the disk 10. Installing the end sealer 7 prevents the pulp from getting into the drive. In the case of liquid leakage through the end sealer, it is discharged The baffle ring 23 is retracted to the side. At the outlet of the impeller 1, the air-air mixture is mixed with pulpy air, the air is dispersed into bubbles, which, rising up, are mineralized and carried to the foam. The design of the aeration unit due to self-suction of the intermediate enrichment products ensures the circulation of the pulp in a larger volume, which leads to an increase in the amount of dispersed air to 2.3 m min at a lower pressure. The design of an aeration unit with a small length of the drive shaft can be used for large-capacity flotation machines with a chamber volume of 25 m or more, which will significantly reduce the metal consumption of the flotation machine. The execution of the stator blades is removable makes the aeration unit cheaper and more convenient to use. The implementation of the impeller in the form of a closed centrifugal wheel increases the efficiency compared with the performance of the impeller in the form of an open centrifugal wheel by 1.5 times due to the elimination of the negative effect of the slit flow. All this allows it to reduce operating costs. In addition, the air supply through the holes in the lower disk of the impeller and water into the end sealer allows easy start-up of the flotation machine after stopping. Claims 1. In order to increase dispersed air to the level by self-suction of intermediate enrichment products and reduce operating costs, the impeller 06 is designed as a closed centrifugal pump wheel with openings in the lower disk near the hub for air passage, and the impeller drive shaft is equipped with an end seal the baffle ring, and the circulation pipe has a throttle valve and a supply nozzle and is fixed on the stator vanes. , 2.
