The invention relates to powder metallurgy and can be used in the manufacture of tools used for finishing the processing of optical materials. Known bond for diamond tools containing copper, zinc, silicon dioxide and iron oxide l.p The disadvantage of this linkage is that tools based on it do not provide high quality surface finish and also have low wear resistance. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a metal bond for a diamond tool containing a weight. ° / o copper 30–60, zinc 15–25, cobalt 5–54, and molybdenum anhydride 1–10 2. The binder is known to have the disadvantage that tools based on it have low wear resistance, processing performance, and, in addition, it unable to provide high quality surface finish. The purpose of the invention is to increase tool durability, machining performance and surface quality. This goal is achieved by the fact that the metallic bond for diamond tools, including copper and zinc, additionally contains nickel and stabilized zirconia pursuing the component ratio, weight. / o: Zinc30-54 Nickel5-28 Stabilized Zirconia 2-10 Copper Else The application in the proposed bond of stabilized zirconium dioxide is due to its effect on the surface layer of the glass being processed, which leads to an increase in the wear resistance of the tool and an improvement in the quality of the surface being processed. Due to the high activity associated with the defectiveness of the crystal lattice, the dispersion of the powder particles and the adsorption capacity, stabilized zirconia promotes an intensive exchange of zirconium ions with alkaline glass ions, resulting in zirconium ions
Эта пленка легче сошлифовываетс , обеспечива более высокую производительность процесса тонкого шлифовани , минимальную величину разрушенного и дефектного слоев и высокую износостойкость инструмента.penetrate to a depth of 8 µm, forming a zirconium silicate film on the glass surface, the microhardness of which is about 400-420 kg / mm2, which is 20-25% lower than the microhardness of the main glass. This film is easier to grind, providing better performance of the fine grinding process, the minimum amount of broken and defective layers and high tool durability.
1.The poliruyusha ability of stabilized zirconia, which characterizes the rate of removal of glass by free abrasive, as compared with ordinary zirconia, as well as the oxides used in the known bonds, is given in table. one.
При увеличении содержани стабилизированной двуокиси циркони за предлагаемые пределы производительность обработки инструментом не увеличиваетс , в то же врем происходит разупрочнение св зки, а при выходе в сторону уменьшени положительный эффект не наблюдаетс .With an increase in the content of stabilized zirconium dioxide beyond the proposed limits, the machining performance of the tool does not increase, at the same time, the bonding softens, and when going downward, a positive effect is not observed.
The boundaries of the content in connection of copper and zinc are due to the fact that at the selected ratio of copper and zinc intermetallic compounds are formed, which have an increased microhardness.
So, in accordance with the diagram of equilibrium Cu-Zn, with a zinc content of more than 35 weight. % in the alloy forms the / 3 phase, and with its further increase to 70% additional Y and phases appear. All three phases are intermetallic compounds CuZnoCusZng, CuZnj, which have increased microhardness.
При увеличении содержани никел за предлагаемые пределы повыщение износостойкости св зки не наблюдаетс .The use of nickel in the bond is due to the fact that it forms intermetallic compounds of the type Ni5Zn2 with zinc; increased hardness, which occurs at high temperatures, which results in increased wear resistance of the metal component of the binder. As the nickel content increases beyond the suggested limits, no increase in the wear resistance of the bond is observed.
Mixtures are used to make circles with a spiral coating. Circles tested when grinding glass mark KB using coolant - 30% aqueous solution of glycerin. The tests are carried out on a PLM machine (Germany) in the following modes: nrf 400 rpm; Sc 24 dvd / min; P 2 kg / cm2; T 30 s.
3.The test results are shown in Table. 3
As can be seen from the table. 3, the introduction of nickel and stabilized zirconium dioxide into the composition leads to a significant improvement in the quality of the treated surface, which results in a reduction in roughness of 1.5–3 times, a decrease in the layer destroyed by grinding and the depth of scratches by 1.6–3 times, as well as to reduce the time of polishing and, accordingly, increase the productivity of the process. In addition, the wear resistance of an instrument made using the proposed binder increases, compared with a tool made from a prototype binder.
