Abstract

A method of making windows in parts of the distributing device of a positive-displacement hydraulic machine consists in clinching technological projections (2) formed between channels (3) made in the parts, so as to close the channels (3) on their buttend side and in subsequently making windows (4) of a desired configuration, the width of each window (4) being less than the diameter of the corresponding channel (3) and the area of each window (4) being commensurable with the area of its channel (3).

Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в способе изгбтовлени  окон в цилиндрических детал х распределительных устройств, заключающемс  в том, что на рабочем торце заготовки детали равномерно по окружности выполн ют цилиндрические отверсти , а затем эти отверсти  частично перекрывают 5 с обеспечением заданного проходного сечени , на рабочем торце заготовки детали между отверсти ми выполн ют технологические выступы, а частичные перекрыти  отверстий осуществл ют путем пластической jj деформации выступов.The goal is achieved by the fact that in the process of bending windows in cylindrical parts of distributing devices, the fact is that cylindrical holes are made at the working end of the workpiece, and then these holes partially overlap 5 with the desired cross section. На рабочем торце заготовки 1 детали равномерно по окружности выполн ют цилиндрические отверсти  2 и технологические выступы 3 над перемычками между отверсти ми 2. Затем изготовленную заготовку 1 с технологическим выступом устаиавливают на пресс и пуансоном (не показан), снабженного зубь ми, имеющими форму окон, производ т пластическую деформацию выступов и калибровку окон 4 усилием пресса. В результате пластической деформации этих выступов с боков происходит частичное закрытие отверстий 2 и образование окон 4 заданной конфигурации с площадью в торцовом сечении соизмеримой с площадью окон 4 готовой детали 5.At the working end of the workpiece 1, the cylindrical holes 2 and technological protrusions 3 above the bridges between the holes 2 are made uniformly around the circumference. Пуансоном под прессом (прорезаютс ) калибруютс  окна 4 согласно требуемого проходного сечени .
