The essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a method of obtaining a composite material by forming a polymer coating on the surface of the filler, which consists in the polymerization of oi-olefins in the presence of a comlex integrated organometallic catalyst, consisting
2.From the compound of transition metals and aluminum-organic compounds. In this method, the filler is dried, then placed in a reactor, which is evacuated or purged with an inert gas, the vapors of the transition metal compound are introduced into the reactor by injection or by inert gas flow. Katshiaator precipitated on the surface of the filler. At high temperatures, the catalyst is reduced. Under these conditions, the filler is held for a certain time. The next step is the polymerization of o-olefin from the gas or liquid phase. Depending on the type of filler and the calculated thickness of the polymer coating, the polymerization process is stopped by lowering the pressure of the monomer ((α-olefin), stopping its supply by lowering the temperature 2.
The disadvantages of this method are the complexity of the process, the use of an expensive catalyst, which can be etched during the polymerization process, as well as the requirements for the filler, in addition, the method is low-tech and therefore difficult to implement in industrial production. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process, ensure its adjustability and improve the mechanical properties of the composite material. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining composite material, including the formation of a polymer coating on a filler, to form an all-polymer coating, high-pressure polyethylene is used, which is dissolved in an organic solvent at TO-VS C, a filler selected from groups including waste tuff, perlite, pumice, diatomite, and stirred for 5-7 minutes, then the precipitant in the form of ethyl or isobutyl alcohol is added and, after filtration, further treated in ethyl alcohol 1-2 hours followed by filtration, washing and drying in air at ZO-ZB C. The initial polymer in the form of granules is dissolved in a reactor with a solvent, for example, xylene, at 70-75 s, then in a polymer solution emulsified filler with a particle size of 10 300 µm, e.g. waste tuff, perlite, pumice, diatomite, etc., and then cause a liquid-phase separation of the polymer solution by adding a precipitant, e.g. .s certain concentration and viscosity system is cooled to LP-PO C. Thus there is a particulate filler enveloping polymeric shell of a certain thickness, dependent upon both the particle size of the filler, and the degree of tim-deposited polymer at a constant ratio polimernapolnitel. The resulting composite material is filtered, then re-loaded into the reactor and, with vigorous stirring, treated with precipitant for 1-2 hours at room temperature, then filtered again and washed with water. After washing, the obtained composite material is dried in a stream of heated air at 30-35 ° C. The product is a free-flowing powder and no exfoliation of the polymer is observed. All used reagents after their separation can be repeatedly used in the process of obtaining a composite material. The described method allows to obtain a composite material with different degrees of filler. The most optimal ratio of the composition of the polymer-filler, ensuring the processability of processing a composite material into a product, is 50-75% filler based on the total weight of the composite material. An example. The experiments were carried out in a 50 l reactor, equipped with a root stirrer and a liquid heater. . . High-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) was investigated, powdered tuff with particle sizes of 10-300 µm was used as filler, ortho-xylene was used as solvent, and ethyl alcohol was used as a precipitant. A solution was prepared by dissolving 2.1 kg of HDPE in 30 l of orthoxylene with stirring for 2 hours at 70-75G, then 3 kg of filler with a particle size of 10-300 µm for 5-7 minutes are injected into a homogeneous polymer solution at the same temperature. Liquid-phase separation of the polymer solution in the form of liquid is concentrated: the microdroplets cause 3 liters of ethanol are added by adding ethanol and the polymer particles are covered with shells and the resulting product is filtered and treated with 10 liters of ethanol at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then filtered again and washed with water. washing the composite material is filtered and dried in a stream of heated air at 30-35 ° C. The yield of the composite material is 93%. The product is tuff particles coated with a polyethylene sheath. No exfoliation of the polymer was observed. The proposed method greatly simplifies the process and the possibility of industrial use, allows the reagents used after separation to be used again in the process of obtaining a composite material, which increases the efficiency of the process, while reducing the cost of products obtained from the composite material through the use and disposal of stone quarry waste. . The composite material obtained by the proposed method is easily subjected to processing by methods applied to thermoplastic materials: extrusion, injection molding, blowing, etc. The extrusion method produces pipes of various diameters, and the method of injection molding produces profile samples with improved physical and mechanical properties. The characteristics of the products of this composite material, such as pipes, are wide
