Description

This invention relates to polysulfone-based compositions with a high melt flow / use for manufacturing, structural parts in the automotive, aeronautical and other industries that are processed by injection molding and extrusion. A composition based on poly sulfone and alkali or alkaline earth metal salt and hydroxyphosphorous acid is known. L. . However, the treatment of polyethersulfone with salts of strong bases and weak acid is impractical because the polymer becomes cloudy, darkens and loses fluidity. Composition 2 is also known, containing a polyphosphite of the general formula:). AXIS CHiO where P 2-3. However, this phosphite is not stable enough during storage (hydrolyzes and darkens). A composition based on polyethersulfone containing organophosphorus compounds, such as triphenyl- (topyl) phosphate, 3- (p-bromophenyl) -phosphate, triphenyl- (tolyl) -thiophosphate is also known. These organophosphorus compounds do not have thermal stability at the processing temperature of polyethersulfone (320-380 ° C). The closest in composition is the composition C based on polyethersulfone of the formula where n is 72-90, and phosphites of various structures, for example triphenylphosphite, trinonylphenylphosphite. However, the known phosphites are not sufficiently effective and lead to an increase in the melt viscosity of the polymer at 400 ° C, i.e. to their structuring, thus reducing the fluidity of the melt. The purpose of the invention is to increase the melt flow rate and improve the processability of the composition based on polyethersulfone of the formula
