Description
(5) LPG LEVEL REGULATOR
. 1 . . one .
зовано в системах управлени процессом охлаждени и термостатировани .The invention relates to a cryogenic technique (in particular, to the means of automatic control of liquefied gases, and can be used in cooling and thermostatic control systems.
The known installation for low-temperature testing of materials includes a cryostat, placed grips for fastening a sample, a vessel, a Dewar, a gas-holder, a main line for connecting the creostat with a Dewar vessel, and a branch pipe for draining refrigerant vapor to a gas-holder. An additional pipe connects the main line with a pipe for removing refrigerant vapors through valve tee
The disadvantage of this installation is the impossibility of precisely maintaining the level of the refrigerant in the cryostat for a long time.
Конденсационный датчик снабжён устройством предварительного захолаживани , которое выполнено в виде теплопровода, соедин ющего переливной трубопровод и конденсационный датчик .23.Closest to the invention is a liquefied gas level regulator containing a working vessel associated with an overflow pipe to a storage vessel, a condensation sensor with a bellows valve installed in the working vessel, the nozzle of which is connected to the storage vessel with a pipeline. The condensation sensor is equipped with a pre-cooling device, which is designed as a heat pipe connecting the overflow pipe and the condensation sensor .23.
However, the liquefied gas level regulator has the disadvantage that heat is supplied to the liquefied gas stream through the overflow pipe from the warm parts of the condensation sensor through the heat pipe). This heat increases the enthalpy of liquefied gas and increases its consumption for evaporation, since liquefied gases have a relatively small amount of latent heat of vaporization. In addition, only a relatively small lower portion of the sensor is effectively cooled, and the bellows valve on top, together with the working gas contained in it, remains at a sufficiently high temperature, which differs significantly from the liquefied gas temperature. This increases the thermal inertia of the “NIN condensation sensor” and, hence, increases the amplitude of the fluctuations of the level of liquefied gas in the working vessel. All this reduces the effectiveness of the regulator. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the controller. The goal is achieved by those. that a liquefied gas level regulator containing a working vessel connected with an overflow pipe to a storage vessel, a condensation sensor installed in the working vessel, with a sylph valve installed in a hollow body connected to the atmosphere, and a device for preliminary cooling the condensation sensor, a preliminary cooling of condensation device the sensor is made in the form of a glass, which is installed with an annular gap relative to the condensation sensor, and one of the bottoms of the glass is The other side is located through the cavity of the condensation sensor body with the atmosphere, and the working vessel is located coaxially with the storage vessel. The drawing shows a diagram of the implementation of the regulator of the level of liquefied gases. The regulator contains a working vessel 1 connected by an overflow pipe 2 to a storage vessel 3. In the working vessel 1, a condensation sensor C is installed with a bellows valve 5, the connector 6 of which is connected by a tube 7 to a storage vessel 3. The condensation sensor t is equipped with a preliminary device cooling, made in the form of glass 8, with an annular gap 9 covering the sensor. One of the bottoms of the yakan 8 is connected with the vapor-gas region 10 of the working vessel 1. The upper bottom of the glass B is a continuation of the outer casing 11 of the sensor and connected through the nozzle 12 with the clearance gap 13 and through the nozzle k - with the atmosphere. To increase the compactness of the regulator, the working vessel .1 and storage vessel 3 are located coaxially. The regulator of the level of liquefied gases works as follows. When filling the working vessel 1 with liquefied gas, the bellows valve 5 closes the nozzle 6 and the liquefied gas under the action of vapor pressure in the storage vessel 3 through the overflow pipe 2 enters the working vessel 1. The resulting gas vapors from the vapor-gas region 10 of the working vessel enter the annular gap 9 and exit through the nozzle 12, the annular gap 13 and through the pipe 1 to the atmosphere. On their way, the cold vapors pre-cool down almost all parts of the condensation sensor, including the upper sylphonic valve. Moreover, in the process of this cooling down, away from the well-known regulator, there is no heat transfer through the heat pipe from the warm parts of the sensor to the liquid poured through tube 2. as a result, the consumption of this liquid for evaporation is reduced. When the level of liquefied gas in the working vessel 1 of the end of the condensation sensor is reached, the pressure in the bellows valve 5 drops and the nozzle 6 opens, releasing the vapor pressure of the storage vessel 3 to the atmosphere through the nozzle. Due to the preliminary cooling down of the whole mass of the sensor 4 by the cold vapors leaving the working vessel 1, the response time of the sensor is increased at the moment of its direct thermal contact with the liquefied gas. Thus, the time interval between the moment of contact of the end of the condensation sensor and the liquefied gas and the time of actuation of the bellows valve 5 i is reduced. therefore, the amplitude of fluctuations in the level of liquefied gas in working vessel 1 is reduced. The effectiveness of the invention is achieved by reducing the flow rate of liquefied gas by using cold content (heat capacity) of cold steam to pre-cool the condensation sensor, as well as by improving the accuracy of the level regulator while maintaining the simplicity of the design.
