In the known device, there is no possibility of setting the required value of the expectation and dispersion of the follow-up period of the output pulses, as well as the independent control of these values, and there is no possibility of delaying the output pulses relative to the task 2. The purpose of the invention is to provide independent control of temporal parameters in a random sequence of pulses generated when an a priori determination of their values, which ultimately improves the accuracy of the generator. This goal is achieved by the fact that a known device for forming random periods of pulses containing a pulse generator, a noise generator, a signal level quantifier, the outputs of which are connected respectively to the amplitude selector inputs, a switch, an amplitude-time interval converter, And element, an adder and a delay element, the input of which is connected to the output of the clock pulse generator, and the output of the delay element connected to the first inputs of the converter amplitude -the time interval of the element I and the adder, the second input of which is connected to the OUTPUT of the noise generator, and the output of the mat is connected to the second input of the element I, the output of which is connected to the input of the signal level quantizer, the output of the switch is connected to the second input of the converter amplitude-time interval, the group of inputs of which is connected to the outputs of the amplitude selector, respectively, and the output of the converter amplitude-interval is the output of the device. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of an apparatus for generating random pulse periods; in fig. 2 - timing diagram of the operation of the proposed device for the case of normal noise with zero average. The device contains a clock pulse generator 1, the output of which is connected to the input of delay element 2, noise generator 3, a signal quantizer whose input is connected to the output of element 5 And whose inputs are connected to the outputs of delay element 2 and adder 6 whose inputs are connected to the outputs of the element 2 delay and generator 3 E Q4 noise. The outputs of the signal level quantizer through the amplitude selector 7 are connected to the group of inputs of the converter 8, the amplitude-time interval, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the delay element 2 and the switch 9, is output by the device. FIG. 2 The following notation is accepted:. the period of the pulses generated by the clock pulse generator 1; the time by which the pulses in the delay element 2 are delayed is the time interval in which the corresponding amplitude value is converted in the transducer 8. The device operates as follows. The pulses from the output of the generator 1 of Fig. 2, diagram 1) are fed to the input: 3 elements 2 delays, the delay value of which can be changed. The generator 1 can be assembled according to the blocking generator scheme with a variable pulse frequency. The delay element 2 consists of delay and switching devices. From the output of the delay element 2, the pulses (FIG. 2, diagram 2) are fed to the control input of the element 5 I and to one of the inputs of the converter 8, the amplitude-time interval and to one of the inputs of the adder 6, to the other input of which low-frequency noise comes from the generator 3 noise (figure 2, figure 3). As a result, at the output of the adder 6, we have an additive mixture of noise and pulses (figure 2, diagram A), which element 5 also passes to the input of the quantizer k (figure 2, diagram 5) at intervals determined by the frequency of operation of the generator 1. At the same time, at the input of the Q quantizer, we have pulses whose amplitude is distributed according to the law by which the low-frequency one is distributed. noise generated by generator 3 noise. At the outputs of the quantizer k, we obtain pulses quantized into m levels (Fig. 2, diagrams 6–8, for accuracy, only three quantization levels are taken). Quantized pulses arrive at the inputs of the amplitude selector 7. As a result, in each period of arrival of pulses from the generator output 1, the signal is transmitted only to one of the output levels of the selector 7 (FIG. 2, diagrams 9-11). From one of the outputs of the selector 7, the signal arrives at the converter 8, where it is converted into a time interval depending on the amplitude of the additive mixture. The outputs of the amplitude selector 7 are connected to the inputs of the converter 8 in such a way that the output of the latter has a sequence of pulses (FIG. 2, diagram 12), the follow-up period of which corresponds to the law according to which the low-frequency noise produced by the noise generator 3 is distributed The switch 9 can be used to change the value of the dispersion of the pulse-following period of the device, at -20 than which the zero value of the dispersion can be set. The mathematical expectation of the period of the output pulses of the device is determined by the period of the pulse of the generator 1. To eliminate the influence of the change in the power of the noise generator 3 on the dispersion of the period of the pulse output, it is necessary to ensure stable power of the noise generator 3. Thus, a device for forming random periods of pulse propagation favorably differs from the known one, since it ensures independent control of time parameters in the generated random sequence of pulses when an a priori determination of their values, which makes it possible to widely use the proposed device in radio engineering and computer technology imitations and simulations of random processes, since nowadays, in connection with the development of static methods for testing and analyzing various Systems are widely used various devices that generate random pulses. Apparatus of the Invention A device for generating random pulse-following periods, comprising a clock pulse generator, a noise generator, a signal level quantizer, the outputs of which are connected respectively to the inputs of the " 1-ton selector switch, so that In order to increase accuracy, the generator contains a switch, an amplitude-time converter, an AND element and a delay element, whose input is connected to the clock generator output, and the output of the delay element is connected to the first the converter inputs amplitude-time interval, the element I and the adder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the noise generator, and the output of the adder is connected to the second input of the element I, the output of which is connected to the input of the signal level quantizer, the output of the switch is connected to the second input of the amplitude-interval converter time, the group of inputs of which is connected to the outputs of the amplitude selec- tion orz, respectively, and the output of the converter amplitude-time interval is the output of the device.
