(54) METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF WASTE WATER, FORMED
WHEN CLEANING THE METAL SURFACES FROM THE WEIGHTED
.1.one
The invention relates to the treatment of wastewater generated during the hydraulic cleaning of metal casting surfaces and can be used in metallurgical enterprises. The machine tool and machine building industries, in which the cleaning of the surface of molded products from molding sands is carried out by washing out.
1, Fe, Mg 1.There is a known method of removing silicic acid from water in the presence of alkali, in which waste water is treated with an ion exchange resin with adsorbed Al, Fe, Mg 1 ions.
The disadvantages of this method include the need for preliminary separation before ion-exchange purification of suspended solids from wastewater with a concentration of more than 20 g / l. Pretreatment of wastewater prior to ion-exchange purification requires significant anti-zinc costs.
The closest to the proposed by the Technical essence and the achieved result is a method of treating wastewater generated during the cleaning of the surface of metal-SUBSTANCES
2. .from suspended substances including acidification, precipitation and separation of the solid phase. In this method, a strong acid and alkaline earth metal slurry are added to the liquid containing alkaline salts of silicic and / nli organic acid. With this, precipitation of silicic or organic acid occurs in the form of an alkaline earth metal salt. The remaining solution is neutralized and withdrawn to remove 10 precipitate.
The disadvantages of the method are a significant consumption of acid to neutralize the runoff to pH values that ensure distribution with

The purpose of the invention is to reduce consumption
20 reagents.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of treating wastewaters, the metals3941, which are processed during surface treatment, include the introduction of a strong acid, precipitation and separation of the solid phase, in which the waste WATER is divided into two streams, one of which is 50- 70% of the total, acidified to a pH of not more than 3.5 and mixed with another stream until the pH of the mixture is 6.5-7.0. The separation of wastewater into two streams and the acidity of one of them ensures that the acid consumption per acidifies the entire flow volume and completely eliminates the introduction of an alkaline reagent for the separation of the solid phase by mixing with the second stream, water that has an alkaline reaction. From the position, this means that when acidified, the aggregative stability of the asbestos, the potential decreases and the coagulation of coshoids and aggregation of particles occur. Alkalinization promotes sedimentary flocculus. The last, regions, of the developed sorbent surface, adsorb suspensions and colloids from the alkaline part of the wastewater, while at the same time neutralizing the entire volume to the H5 Yural reaction. The method is carried out as follows. The wastewater formed during the cleaning of metal casting surfaces is divided into two streams, one of which is injected with sulfuric acid to a pH of more than 3.5, mixed, and then mixed with a second stream with a pH of 9.5, bringing the reaction medium to pH 6.5-7.0. The water is settled and the precipitate is separated. Example. Wastewater with a solids concentration concentration of 3 g / l, pH of which is 9.5, is divided into two streams, one of which is 0.5-0.7 of the total. A certain amount of sulfuric acid is injected into the stream. Then it is mixed with the stream, the pH of which is 9.5 to a pH of the mixture of 6.5-7.0. After this, the water is settled for 1.5 hours and the precipitate is separated. The results are presented in the table.
