1The invention relates to building materials, namely, to concrete mixtures containing target organic additives. A known concrete mixture, including mineral in the stranger, water fillers and a surfactant additive. Polybenzylpyridinium chloride is used as a surfactant in an amount of 1-10. by mass of the slurry l This concrete mixture has bactericidal properties, but there is no significant improvement in the physicomechanical properties of concrete. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a concrete mixture 21, comprising Portland cement, aggregates, water and an organic additive in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 17-22 Filler 71-81 Polymer carboxylic acid hydrazide additive, 06-0.36 Water Remaining A disadvantage of the known concrete mix is the relatively low frost resistance and chemical resistance of concretes obtained on their basis. The purpose of the invention is to increase the frost and sulphate resistance of concrete. This goal is achieved by the fact that a concrete mixture, including Portland cement, aggregate, water and an organic additive, contains as an organic additive N- (N-methylstearylamide) -pyridinium chloride of the general formula Lc HJ co shcHa-N / ce 39 in the following ratio of components. , I: Port and cement Filler Organic 0.08-0.6 dobazka Else The proposed concrete mix is used as follows: Portland cement and aggregate enter 3 mixer and mix thoroughly. Adding gas evacuated to the mixer with water. Example For the preparation of concrete mix, Portland Balak, a Peevsky plant, grade Y} 0, granite granite 5-10 them and 10-20 mm (in a ratio, mass 0:60), quartz sand with a modulus of size equal to 2.2, are used to determine the strength concrete and its frost resistance were prepared samples - cubes with the size of JflO cm. Samples were subjected to warm-load treatment according to the mode at. Accelerated determination of frost-resistance of bone of concrete is permeated according to the results of freezing about RODNAT at Ustachoak5 mounted on the base of the amer-type refrigeration Greenland; according to the following mode: from +20 to i5 min, from O to -55 ° C 5 m min. At this temperature, the samples are kept for 3 hours and then removed from the chamber and placed in an aqueous medium for thawing for 15 hours. Thus, one is produced for one day (CYCLE of freezing - thawing. To estimate the frost resistance of concrete, the frost resistance coefficient is taken which is the ratio of the tensile strength of a concrete under compression after 50 cycles of testing to the ultimate strength of concrete under compression defined at equivalent age. The equivalent age of concrete is determined according to GOST 10060-76. permeability is made and tested in accordance with GOST 12730.5-78, samples for sulfate resistance in accordance with GOST 4798-69. (The make-up compositions of the concrete mixture offered and the properties of concrete based on them are presented in Tables 1 and 2. As follows from the table, cement consumption of 16.5-17 by weight of the concrete mix (compounds 2 and 4) and with cement consumption 22-23 (compounds 3 and 6) the concrete from the proposed mixture has a higher frost resistance and sulfate resistance than concrete from known concrete mix. In addition, the organic additive (green) in the proposed concrete mix is a steel corrosion inhibitor and protects the reinforcement in concrete from corrosion when it is used in corrosive environments.
