A multi-extrusion extrusion head for polymeric materials is known, comprising a housing equipped with supply and discharge channels 1. A disadvantage of the known device is the absence of any regulators that would ensure an even distribution of melt flows.
Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result. is a multi-extrusion die for polymeric materials, comprising a housing equipped with inlet and outlet channels, and a melt flow divider mounted for movement at the inlet to the outlet channel
И выполненный в виде цилиндрического элемента с диаметром, равным диаметру отводного канала, и с направл ющей кромкой, образованной сход щимис в направлении подвод щего канала боковыми поверхност ми fz.And made in the form of a cylindrical element with a diameter equal to the diameter of the branch channel, and with a guide edge formed by the lateral surfaces fz converging in the direction of the feed channel.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of products by automatically distributing the melt flow along the head stream.
2020
Таким образом автоматически поддерживаетс посто нство расхода полимера по обе стороны делител .This goal is achieved by the fact that in a multi-extrusion die for polymeric materials, comprising a housing equipped with inlet and outlet channels and a melt flow divider, are fixed with a possibility of movement at the entrance to the outlet channel and made as a cylindrical element in a diameter equal to the diameter of the outlet the channel, and with the edge of the channel formed by the lateral surfaces converging in the direction of the feed channel, the cylindrical element is freely installed in the branch channel and provided with ougolnymi plates rigidly fixed to its lateral surfaces, wherein the side surfaces are formed by cylindrical surfaces. In addition, the divider is provided with flowmeters mounted along the end of the rectangular plates perpendicular to them. 1 shows a section of a multi-stream head, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - flow divider; on figure 3. - section aa in figure 1. in FIG. A — section BB in FIG. figure 5 is a variant of the construction of the divider without fairings. The extrusion head comprises a housing 1 with a feed 2 and a diverter 3 channels. A free-installed divider k of the melt flow is placed at the entrance to the branch channel 3 with the ability to move along the axis of the branch channel 3 by an amount not exceeding the diameter of the supply channel 2. To prevent rotation of the divider t and limit its axial movement, a key 5 is mounted. in the form of a cylindrical element 6 with a guide edge formed by lateral surfaces converging in the direction of the feed channel 7 | cylindrical surfaces formed by perpendicular axes of the cylindrical element 6 Rectangular plates 8 are rigidly fixed on the lateral surfaces of the cylindrical element 6, the ends of which rectangular plates 8 and the winding of the catheters 9 play the role of hydraulic resistances on the ends of which the number and length are chosen constructively. The flow divider 4 must enter the water channel 3 without gaps, for which the diameter of the cylindrical element 6 is equal to the diameter of the discharge channel 3. The rectangular plates 8 and the fairings 9 must also enter the discharge channel 3 without gaps (Fig. 3 and 5L of the design of the fairings, t It is possible to adjust the hydraulic resistance of the system. If there are several branch ducts, the dividers can be installed in each of them. The device works as follows. the alloy enters the divider and is guided by it along side surfaces 7 to both sides of branch channel 3. At the same time, the melt flows along the surfaces of rectangular plates 8 and fairings 9, creating tangential stresses on their surface due to boundary friction. This depends on the velocity gradient and the viscosity of the melt. The larger the surface of the rectangular plates 8 and the fairings 9, the greater the strength of their resistance to the melt flow, i.e. more force hydrodynamic effects on them. Under isometric conditions, when the surfaces of the rectangular plates 8 and the fairings 9 and the diameters of both parts of the bypass channel 3 are equal, the force of the hydrodynamic action depends only on the melt flow rate, i.e. the speed of its flow along the branch channel 3. In the case of an increase in resistance on one side of the branch channel 3, the flow rate {melt flow rate in this suit of the channel also changes immediately. This leads to a change (in this case, a decrease) in the forces of hydrodynamic action on the rectangular plates 8 and fairings 9. The speed in the opposite side of the branch channel 3 increases accordingly and, consequently, an increase in the force of the hydrodynamic effect on the other side of the flow divider k occurs. Under the influence of the force difference, divider 4 shifts towards increased effort. This leads to a change in the position of the divider j with respect to the axis of the inlet channel 2. In this case, on the side of large forces, the cross section of the inlet channel 2 decreases, and on the side of smaller forces it increases. Such movement of the divider C causes a change in velocity on both sides of the divider and leads to its movement to its original position. In this way, the polymer consumption on both sides of the divider is automatically maintained.
By reducing or increasing the surface of the rectangular plates 8 and the fairings 9, the system sensitivity can be changed to change their design. An example of such adjustment can serve as a variant in figure 5, where there is no fairing 9, which reduces the sensitivity of the system and increases the smoothness of the adjustment
5-101 tThe use of the invention provides automatic adjustment of polymer consumption due to the presence of a flow divider of this design freely installed in the bypass channel, which leads to an increase in the quality of products by 5-101 t
