Description
This invention relates to urea production technology, in particular to methods for processing urea solutions. In the production of urea, after carrying out the main stages of the technological process of synthesis and distillation of the melt synthesis, a 68701-th aqueous solution of urea is obtained. To isolate urea in a solid product form, this solution is subjected to further processing, in which water from the solution is evaporated. There is a method of processing solutions of urea, including a two-stage vacuum evaporation with condensation of the juice vapors separated at each stage at an appropriate pressure. In the first stage, the solution is evaporated to a urea content of 93-95 with a residual pressure of 250,300 mm Hg. and a temperature of about, in the second stage - up to 98.5 99.7% with a residual pressure of 30 kO mm Hg. and tl. The disadvantage of this method is that when it is used, the condensate of juice vapor (PCB) is contaminated with urea. The loss of urea from the PSC is 9 kg per 1 ton of commercial product, of which E0% comes from the PSC of the second stage. There is a known method of processing a urea solution by vacuum evaporation in two stages to produce a urea melt and juice vapors, the second stage juice pairs being compressed with a steam ejector to a first stage pressure and the mixture of juice vapors subjected to rectification. This method makes it possible to almost completely eliminate contamination with urea of PCB 2. However, the application of this method is associated with significant operational difficulties. Inject
Кроме Того остаточное давление , создаваемое на второй ступени упаривани одноступенчатым эжектором, затрудн ет услови получени готового продукта-с содержанием влаги не более 0,25-0,3 мас.%.second stage vapor vapors up to the first stage pressure significantly increase steam consumption for vacuum generation. In addition to Togo, the residual pressure created at the second stage of evaporation by a single-stage ejector makes it difficult for the final product to be prepared with a moisture content of not more than 0.25-0.3 wt.%.
3.The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a method of processing urea solutions, including vacuum evaporation of water, and the juice pairs before their full condensation are subjected to preliminary partial condensation at a pressure equal to the evaporation pressure, for example, a residual pressure of 20-80 mm Hg . and condensate temperature 30-50 ° С 3.
Чтобы исключить в св зи с этим загр знение окружающей среды, приходитс примен ть энергоемкие методы очистки сточных вод, например термической разложение .The disadvantage of this method is that it does not ensure complete washing of the urea from the juice vapors of the second stage of evaporation, as a result of which the PSC formed at the second stage is inevitably contaminated with an admixture of the target product. In order to eliminate environmental pollution in this connection, it is necessary to use energy-intensive methods of wastewater treatment, for example thermal decomposition.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of urea trapping from juice vapors to obtain a solution suitable for disposal, and without increasing the residual pressure in the vacuum evaporation zone.
The goal is achieved by the method of processing urea solutions, which include vacuum evaporation of water and preliminary partial CSF in contact with the urea solution formed during condensation, and a stream of urea solution with a pressure of 2–9 kgf / cm is applied to contact with juice vapors.
When the juice vapor from the urea impurity is supplied with washing liquid under a pressure of 2–9 kgf / cm, due to a change in the hydrodynamic mode and nature of mass transfer processes, an increase in the residual pressure in the vacuum evaporation zone is eliminated and decreases approximately by B-T3 mm Hg. Art. flow pressure of waste vapors after washing. These two factors provide the prerequisites for highly efficient
соковых паров.carrying out the cleaning process.
The stabilization of the residual pressure in the vacuum-evaporation zone of the solution is a consequence of the elimination of the evaporation of the washing liquid, and the almost complete absence of aerodynamic resistance in the cleaning zone of the juice vapors and an increase in their pressure per mmHg. therefore, it becomes possible to use efficient splashes when the normal conditions are observed in the vacuum-evaporation zone of the solution to provide close to complete purification of the juice vapors from urea impurities.
В качестве промывной жидкости можно использовать слабый раствор мочевины с концентрацией 2-15 вес.|, который после вывода из зоны очистки направл ют , например, в зону испарени сточных вод, или 20-50 вес.% раствор мочевины, который после вывода из зоны очистки содержит меньшее количество воды и может быть направлен на переработку в узел вакуум-концентрировани .A weak urea solution with a concentration of 2-15% by weight can be used as a washing liquid, which, after removal from the treatment zone, is sent, for example, to the evaporation zone of wastewater, or 20-50% by weight of urea solution, which after removal from the zone purification contains less water and can be sent for processing to a vacuum concentration unit.
Концентрацию получаемого после промывки раствора мочевины устанавливают (с учетом исключени возможности его кристаллизации), исход из конкретных условий его последующей переработки, известными методами .The lower level of the pressure interval of the washing liquid corresponds to the minimum pressure at which the change in the character of hydrodynamics and mass transfer processes required for the implementation of the proposed method takes place. The upper level of the pressure interval is due to the increase in energy consumption with increasing pressure of the washing liquid, at that. time as washing efficiency practically already does not increase. The concentration of the urea solution obtained after washing is established (taking into account the exclusion of the possibility of its crystallization), based on the specific conditions for its subsequent processing using known methods.
The method is carried out as follows.
