(5) DEVICE FOR TRAINING SCRATCHERS
1 The invention relates to sport, in particular, to devices for training and training rowers-kayakers and canoeists on land. A device for training rowers is known, comprising a seat pivotally mounted on a frame, a leg support and a means for simulating water resistance, made in the form of a cable-block system that supports a paddle 1. A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not create conditions sufficiently close to the actual conditions of rowing, since frequent failure of the paddle blade from its support occurs due to the difficulty of accurately hitting the center of the paddle blade to the support center. The paddle "in the hands of the rower is unscrewed, creating an unstable and harmful load. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of training by creating conditions close to the actual conditions of rowing. This goal is achieved in that the device for training the rowers, which has a seat hinged on the frame, a leg support and a means for simulating water resistance, made in the form of a cable-block system, carrying the support for the oar, has tubular guides mounted along the length of the frame opposite sides of the seat, and a spring-loaded slider, while the cable means for simulating water resistance is placed in rails, each of which has diametrically arranged longitudinal grooves, and the spring-loaded slider The cable is attached to the cable, while the support for the oar is a spring-loaded stand with a fork mounted at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the frame and connected to the slide and passing through the grooves of the tubular guides.

12.A paddle training device containing a seat 2 pivotally mounted on frame 1, a leg support 3 and a means for simulating water resistance, made in the form of a cable-block system supporting the paddle k, has tubular guides 5 and 6 mounted along the frame 1 s. opposite sides of the seat 2, and the spring-loaded slider 7- In this case, the cable 8 means for simulating water resistance is placed in the guides 5 and 6, each of which has diametrically located longitudinal grooves 9 and 10, and the spring-loaded slider 7 is fixed to the cable 8, In this case, the support for the oar C is a spring-loaded stand 11 with a plug 12 mounted at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the frame 1.
Трос 8 имеет ограничитель удерживани пружины 15 ползуна 7В качестве весла А использовано древко (весло без лопасти).The rack 11 is connected to the slider 7 and passes through the grooves 9 and 10 of the tubular (Guides 5 and 6. The rack 11 has a hole 13 to prevent it from rotating and to place the cable 8 next to it. The cable 8 has a slide spring retainer 15 7The shaft was used as a paddle A (a paddle without a blade).
18. IThe device has a braking device 16, the construction of which is similar to that of the braking device of the known device and is a roller placed in curvilinear grooves. The slider 7 has an opening 17 for accommodating the stand 11. The spring of the stand 11 is indicated by the position 18. I
The device works as follows.
174At the beginning, the foot support 3 is adjusted and the stroke length is set according to the height of the athlete. The support moves along frame 1 and is fixed. Stopper 14 and p) The brake device 16 moves along cable 8 and is fixed to its new positions. Then the rower sits on the seat 2, takes the oars 4 in his hands, rests his feet on the support 3 and begins to row as if it were a real rowing on the water, starting with the movement of that stand 11, which is in front, t. in the starting position. With this, finish 174
е. выполн ет заглубление весла, при котором лопасть весла Ц, как правило, перемещаетс и в боковом направлении - справа-налево (при работе правой лопастью) и слева-направ ( при работе левой лопастью).The previous stroke, he puts the shaft 1 into the fork 12 (the fork eliminates the need to perform aiming movements) and presses it down towards him i.e. performs paddling, in which the blade of the paddle C, as a rule, moves in the lateral direction from right to left (when operating with the right blade) and from the left-direction (when operating with the left blade).
IWhen the oars are deepened, the stand 11 is sunk, slipping along the opening 17 of the slide 7 from top to bottom, stretching the spring 18 and creating an increase in resistance simulating the ejection of water when the blade is immersed in water. Athletes should feel this increase in resistance. They, striving to deepen the oar 4 more energetically, as if achieve the effect of raising the front of the boat upward and thus form further movements of the wiring itself. This is achieved by embedding the strut 11 and pulling on its spring 18. In this case, the strut 11 does not rotate due to the fact that its bald side 13 slides along the cable 8 and is fixed in it from displacement. I
16.After the rack 11 has reached the extreme lower position, the fork 12 transmits the force from the oar k to the slider 7. This force is now transmitted not down, but due to the oar moving down to itself, it is directed almost horizontally to itself and the slider 7 starts to move back to the wiring side. At the same time, it compresses the spring 15 until it, while resting against the stop 14, does not move the cable 8. Further, the braking device 16 comes into action.
