(5) METHOD OF AGGLOMERATION OF IRON ORES AND CONCENTRATES
- -
Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии и может быть использовано при окусковании железных руд и концентратов .The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the agglomeration of iron ores and concentrates.
1Known methods of agglomeration of iron ores and concentrates, including the laying, ignition and sintering of the mixture on the sintering machine with a milking through its layer of gas flow p 1
The main disadvantage of these methods is that when the charge is ignited, a sharp increase in the pressure drop of the gas flow is perceived by the layer directly sintered,. as a result, shrinkage and lowering of gas permeability occurs. The consequence of this is the deterioration of all indicators of the agglomeration process.
Обусловлено это плохим спеканием шихты данных горизонтов, в св зи с недостаточными максимальными температурами и временем пребывани в них зоны высоких температур и резким их охлаждением непосредственно после зажигани просасываемым сквозь слой атмосферным воздухом .In addition, with such agglomeration methods, the upper levels of the cake are fragile, which results in an increased amount of fines of less than 5iO mm in a suitable sinter. This is due to poor sintering of the charge of these horizons, due to the insufficient maximum temperatures and the residence time in them of the zone of high temperatures and their sharp cooling immediately after ignition by atmospheric air sucked through the layer.
The low level of turbulence in the gas stream entering the layer is also one of the reasons for the deterioration of the agglomeration indicators, since this makes it difficult for the free oxygen stream to access the solid fuel of the charge, which leads to its non-combustion especially in the upper layers of the layer, and it is not possible to concentrate heat zone high temperatures in a narrow horizon. The expansion of this zone also causes excessive consumption of solid fuel in the sintering process and an increase in the aerodynamic resistance of the layer, i.e. loss of sinter production. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method of agglomerating iron ores and concentrates, including laying coarse-grained materials on top of the mixture, igniting the entire layer and sintering the mixture on the sintering machine with through the gas streams. According to these studies, coarsely grained materials laid on the mixture are a recuperative layer during sintering. / The effect of using this method is that the presence of a recuperative layer increases the residence time of the high temperature zone and slows down the rate of cooling of the upper spec. , the air entering the layer of the sintered charge is heated and turbulent. As a result of all this, it is possible to save solid fuel and improve the quality of the agglomerate. For the recuperative layer using this method, it is most advisable to use the return of the current production of the sinter plant. This makes it possible to reduce the operating costs of introducing the method to a level equal to the costs for feeding the bed to the sintering machine and eliminate clogging of the sinter with foreign materials 2J. . However, with this method of agglomeration, the charge shrinks when the layer is ignited. At the moment of ignition, the regenerative layer does not have sufficient aerodynamic resistance to sufficiently reduce the sharp increase in pressure drop across the charge layer. The total effect of this layer on the process of sintering the mixture, as the rules leads to a loss of sinter production. In order to ensure a minimum fines content of less than 5.0 mm in the total mass of the sintering machine, the return of the recuperative layer should be larger than 5.0 mm. Given its size, the accumulation of sufficient to prevent a sharp cooling of the levels of cakes of the charge on them or not at a height of the regenerative layer of more than 60 mm makes it difficult to implement this method. In addition, while the ignition layer itself does not produce heat concentration in narrow horizons during ignition. Heat is distributed over the entire height of this layer; the value of maximum temperatures in it does not exceed the temperature of the furnace gases. In this connection, for normal ignition of the charge, it is necessary to heat the entire thickness of the recuperative layer to 1100-1250С. The economy of solid fuel achieved by this method exceeds the gaseous overrun occurring in this case. However, in sum, the cost of heat per process is reduced slightly. Sintering of the upper horizons of the mixture, as in the above methods, occurs at lower temperatures and free oxygen content in the gas stream entering the layer than in the subsequent ones. This, as before, causes an increased content of fines less than 5.0 mm suitable sinter. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of sinter, save solid and gaseous fuels, increase the productivity of the sintering machine. The goal is achieved by the method of sintering iron ores and concentrates , which includes laying on top of the return charge, igniting the entire layer and sintering the charge on the sintering machine with feed through the layer of gas flows, a return containing 0.5-0.3% of solid fuel and 1.0-, 0 moisture is placed on top of it. The method is as follows. During the ignition period, only solid fuel from the recuperative layer ignites. Due to the presence of moisture in it, heat is concentrated in narrow horizons. Turbulization of the gas flow caused by the burning of solid fuel and evaporation of moisture, as well as The increase in maximum temperatures leads to a sharp increase in the aerodynamic resistance of the regenerative layer during this period. It is created, with the condition for the perception of the impact of the gas 5 from the sharp increase in re-flow and its pressure to the recuperative layer. Since the layer consists of a return, it does not condense. The impact of the gas flow through the bulk medium is weakly transmitted to the charge layer, the pressure drop across it during ignition is noticeably reduced, and accordingly the shrinkage of the charge. 8 further, the process is stabilized and when the combustion zone moves in the sintered mixture, a smooth change in its resistance occurs. The porosity of the layer during the whole sintering process is preserved, which is why the productivity of the sintering machine is particularly noticeable. After passing through the combustion zone, the aerodynamic resistance of the recuperative layer becomes insignificant, since its height is reduced to 20–50 and an agglomerate uniform for its granulometric composition is selected for it. The ignition of the entire layer becomes possible even with the introduction of heat into the upper horizons of the recuperative layer, which makes it possible to raise their temperature only to the burning temperature of solid fuel, i.e. to VOO-HEO C. At the same time, in the lower horizons of the return layer, located directly above the charge layer, the temperature can rise to 1300 ITOO C. Ignition of the charge itself at such high temperatures is heated by air, with an increased (compared to furnace gases) content of free oxygen, improves all indicators of the agglomerate. The height strength of the cake from your grades is leveled. The influence of the granulometric composition of the material of the reagent layer on the indicators of the aglo process, especially on the content of fines less than 5.0 mm in a suitable agglomerate, is not so significant. Moistening and introducing fuel into the return layer makes it possible to enlarge it during the passage of a high temperature zone, which, along with a decrease in the height of the recuperative layer, eliminates the special need to separate more than 5.0 mm for this return layer. 2 The heat of combustion of solid fuel from the recuperative layer is regenerated by the layer of charge, i.e. used directly for sintering. The solid fuel content and the moisture content of the recuperative layer are selected from the following conditions: improving the quality of sinter, saving solid and gaseous fuels, and increasing the productivity of the sintering machine. These conditions are met by the return of the recuperative layer containing solid fuel 0.5-3.0 and moisture 1.0 .-, 0%. Significantly the performance of the agro-process is improved when the content of the recuperative layer in the return of solid fuel 0.5% and moisture 1.0 % With an increase in the solid fuel content in the return of more than.%, And moisture, k, Q%, there is no further improvement in the sintering process, since the temperature in the upper layers of the charge rises above 1400PC and a large amount of liquid phase forms in them, leading to a decrease gas permeability layer. The sintering of the industrial charge of the sintering plant of the NKGOKe is carried out in a laboratory agglobala at a height of 2,0-270 mm and a vacuum of the vessel with an grate 8,900–950 mm of water column. Basic experiments are experiments on sintering the charge without a recuperative layer and with a return layer 60-120 mm high, laid on top of the charge layer. When conducting experiments on the proposed method, the content of solid fuel in the return of the recuperative layer is changed in the range of 0.3-3.5% and moisture - 0.5-, 5%. During the experiments, the consumption of heat on the ignition of the layer, the optimum fuel content in the charge, the temperature above the sintered ichts layer C in the lower horizons of the recuperative layer), the unit production efficiency and the content of firma less than 5.0 mm in the drum design of the agglomerate selected from the total assay are determined spec. The results of the experiments are given in the table.
