A known method for producing cryolite from fluorine-containing soda-bicarbonate solutions of gas treatment facilities in the electrochemical production of aluminum by treating them with sodium aluminate solution at a temperature of 100,230 ° C. Sodium aluminate is injected in stoichiometric quantities. The disadvantage of this method is the inlay of equipment with poorly soluble aluminum compounds and. high consumption of reagents. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a method of obtaining cryolite from fluorine-containing solutions containing them by treating them with an aluminum fluoro solution at 38-66 ° C, followed by separation of the precipitated product from the mother liquor. Reagents are taken in stoichiometric amount. Fluoroaluminium solution is prepared from hydrofluoric acid and aluminum-containing compound. The disadvantage of this method is the low deposition rate of the product (less m / h) and large losses of fluorine (4.3 g / l) and aluminum (0.7 g / l) with uterine solution. The purpose of the invention is to increase the deposition rate to I, 1-19.9 m / h and reduce the loss of fluorine to 3.0-0.9 g / l and aluminum to 0.3 traces with the mother liquor. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of obtaining cryolite from fluorine-containing solutions, which consists in processing them with an aluminum fluoro solution at an elevated temperature, followed by separating the precipitated product from the mother liquor, and the treatment is given in an aluminum fluoride solution containing fluorine and aluminum in an amount of 50-95 % of stoichiometrically needed .-. cryolite formation. In addition, the process is carried out at C. A distinctive feature of the method is that the treatment is carried out with a fluorine-aluminum solution containing fluorine and aluminum in an amount of 50-95 of the stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of cryolite. An additional distinctive feature is the process temperature. The method is implemented as follows. The fluorine-containing sulfur-containing solution from the gas treatment facilities, obtained after flushing the waste gases with a solution of composites, is fed to the cryolite. Cryolite is isolated at a temperature of 70-95 s in a shielded reactor, for example, in a fluoroplastic reactor, in the reaction of fluorine-sodium-sulfur-free solution with fluorine-alumina solution containing fluorine and aluminum in quantities that mainly provide 7 90 from their stoichiometric quantities. on the formation of cryolite. Fluoroaluminium solution is prepared from 2 fO-Horo solution of hydrofluoric acid and aluminum-containing compound. At a temperature of 98-100 ° C. Aluminum hydroxide or aluminum metal, hydrated alumina, aluminum sulfate, other aluminum salts can be used as an aluminum-containing compound. The isolated cryolite is then dewatered by any known method, for example, it is concentrated in a Dorr thickener, filtered on a vacuum filter and dried in a rotary kiln t 100-450C. After separation of the cryolite, the mother liquor is used to clean tank equipment or adjust for soda and direct to gas cleaning. The method can be carried out in a wide range of temperatures, with the process temperature increasing from 70 to 70 and the size of the crystals of the crystalline crystal forms of cryolite increase significantly. PRI me R 1. A liter of fluorine-containing sulfur-containing solution obtained after flushing fluorine-containing gases with a soda solution and an aluminum-fluorine solution containing fluorine and aluminum in quantities that provide 501 of the stoichiometric necessary for the formation of cryolite at a constant rate are drained into the reactor at a temperature of 9 C., The deposition rate of the formed cryolite I, m / h, the content of the class +0.05 mm is 1.6. In the mother liquor after the separation of cryolite, fluorine contains 0.9 g / l. aluminum — traces. The expenditure coefficients per 1 t of cryolite are: for fluorine — 576.6 kg in terms of 100%; on aluminum 271, 7 kg in terms of. EXAMPLE 2 Cryolite extraction was carried out in a manner analogous to Example 1, with amounts of fluorine and aluminum in an aluminum fluoro solution, providing 70% of the stoichiometric materials required for the formation of cryolite and a temperature of 90 ° C. The deposition rate of the obtained cryolite is 1 |, 8 m / h, the content of the class + 0.05 mm is 6.3%. : In the mother liquor, after the separation of cryolite, fluorine contains 1.1 g / l. aluminum - traces. The expenditure ratios based on 1 ton of cryolite are: for fluorine - 57.7 kg based on 100%; on aluminum 371, 5 kg in terms of 100%. Example 3. The isolation of cryolite was carried out in a manner analogous to examples 1 and 2 with 80% of fluorine and aluminum from the stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of cryolite and temperature. The precipitation rate of the obtained cryolite is 15.7 m / h, the content of the class + 0.05 mm is 31.6%. In the mother liquor, after the separation of cryolite, fluoride contains 1.3 g / l, aluminum 0.02 g / l. The expenditure ratios based on 1 ton of cryolite are: for fluorine - 577.2 kg in terms of LLP; for aluminum - kg in terms of the 100th. Example C, Cryolite recovery is carried out in a manner analogous to Example 1 with 90% of fluorine and aluminum from the stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of cryolite and temperature. The sedimentation rate of the obtained cryolite is 16.1 m / h, the content of the class + d, 05 mm is 3%.
In the mother liquor after the separation of cryolite, fluorine contains 2, 5 g / l, aluminum 0.09 g / l. The expenditure ratio per 1 ton of cryolite was: for fluorine -, 585.3 kg in terms of 100%, for aluminum - 377.6 kg in terms of 100%.
The isolation of cryolite is carried out in a manner analogous to examples I-when the amounts of fluorine and aluminum are stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of cryolite and temperature.
22,1%.The precipitation rate of the obtained cryolite is 1.3 m / h, the content of the class + 0.05 mm is 22.1%.
Расходные коэффициентыв расчете на 1т криолита составили: по фтору - 596,1 кг в пересчете на 100 -ную; по алюминию - 388,7 кг в пересчете на 100ную .,In the mother liquor, after the separation of cryolite, fluoride contains 3.0 g / l, aluminum 0.3 g / l. The expenditure ratios based on 1 ton of cryolite were: for fluorine - 596.1 kg in terms of 100%; on aluminum - 388.7 kg in terms of 100th.,
A change in the amounts of fluorine and aluminum in a fluoroaluminium solution of less than 50 and more than 95. from the stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of cryolite leads to a decrease in the deposition rate and an increase in the loss of fluorine and aluminum with a mother solution.
Thus, the proposed method allows to increase the deposition rate of the product from "m / h to 1.1-19.9 m / h and reduce the loss of fluorine from k, g / l to 3.0-0.9 g / l and aluminum from 0.7 g / l to 0.3 g / l of traces with the mother liquor and, in addition, allows to reduce the cost of 1 ton of cryolite by 67 rubles.
