Устройство содержит датчик тока утечки 1, датчик тока нагрузки 2, блок, реагирующий на скорость измене ни тока нагрузки 3, блок-максимальн го тока утечки 4, интегратор 5, пороговый блок 6, коммутационный блок 7, разделительный конденсатор 8 и блок, реагирующий на приращение тока утечки 9.
