(3) METHOD OF OBTAINING FREE BREAKFAST FERTILIZER
The invention relates to the production of fertilizers and can be used in the conditioning of fertilizers for bulk transport and storage. There is a known method for preventing caking of powdered or granulated substances by treating the surface with an excipient containing surface-active additives (higher amines) and a solution of urea formaldehyde resin SP. The disadvantage of this method is that the fertilizers do not acquire the properties to freely pour out during loading or sieving and are moistened during long-term storage without one. The closest in technical essence to the offer is a method in which nitrophosphate fertilizers are treated with a special coating consisting of 7t12 - urea, formaldehyde guide, and polymethylurea (ratio from 0 to 0.9 urea molecule per formaldehyde molecule). This coating is taken in the amount of 1 weight.h on 20 weight.h. fertilizer 2. A disadvantage of the known method is the introduction into fertilizer of a large amount (up to 5% by weight) of polymeric derivatives of urea and formaldehyde, thereby reducing the percentage of the phosphate component, the increase in the cost of the product and the gyroscopic properties of the fertilizer deteriorate, resulting in unsupported storage the fertilizer is moistened and the conditioning effect is reduced. This is due to the fact that polymethylurea, which has a high water-holding capacity, absorbs moisture without affecting the properties of the fertilizer and prevents it from being wetted, then chemical sorption of moisture occurs due to the destruction of the polymeric structure of polymethylurea, as a result of which the hygroscopic point decreases. fertilizer and its properties deteriorate. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the product and improve the hygroscopic properties of the product. The goal is achieved by the fact that urea-formaldehyde compounds are used together with amines of fatty acids, acids and compounds with ion-exchange properties at a ratio of urea-formaldehyde compounds: amines of fatty acids: soy. Dinin with ion-exchange properties 1 (0.2-1): (0.1 -1), which are applied to the fertilizer in an amount of 0.1-0, f. In addition, the acrylate production wastes of ammonium polyphosphate and dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid are used as compounds with ion-exchange properties. Moreover, in order to stabilize the condensation solution, the FSC is used at a molar ratio of CO (H |): -, CH, 0 / CO (H) j: H2 ,. CFS take with a ratio of CH20: CO (H2.) 2 from 0.5: 1 to 2: 1. Such a ratio contributes to the production of viable conditions for the coating solutions for more than 20 hours, which is convenient during operation. When coating granules, fertilizers fjacTBOpoM containing CFS, AZhK and IP fertilizer during bulk transportation of self-unloading hopper type cars acquire free flow properties and water repellency, and partially absorbing moisture absorbs CFS without disturbing the structure. Example 1.0.5 tons of nitrophosphate at a temperature of 60 ° C is covered with a 0.1 wt.% Solution containing CFS, AZhK and IC with a weight ratio of 1: 1: 1. The molar ratio of CO (Hi) j: CHgO is 0.5: 1, and CO (Hz) CH20 / CO (H.) V2. The resulting fertilizer has a Meringa dispersibility of 40 points, a hygroscopic point of B1.8. As the IP used from the moves of acrylate production. Example 2. 1 t of urea, at a temperature of 80 With cover 0.4 weight. a solution containing CFS, AZhK.i IP with a weight ratio of 1: 0.20: 0.10. The molar ratio (H) 2 1: 1, with a molar ratio): CH ,, 0 / CO (H) 2: H20 3. The resulting fertilizer has a Mering dispersibility of 10 points, a hygroscopic point of 60.9. As:. Ammonium polyphosphate used was ammonium. Example 3.1t. Carboammophos at t cover 0.25, wt. a solution containing KF.S, AZhK and IP with a weight ratio of 1: 0.5: 0.2. The molar ratio of CO (H2) .5CH40 is 2: 1, and the ratio of CO (H) / () 2. The resulting fertilizer has a Meringue dispersibility of 9 points, a hygroscopic point of 61.3. Dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid was used as the IC of compounds. The proposed method allows to obtain a fertilizer with water-repellent properties, since the fertilizer does not absorb moisture from the atmosphere due to the content of LC and IP, and excessive moisture, which may be in the fertilizer or accidentally ingested moisture, is partially sorbed by CFS due to Polymer chemical sorption, do not change the physico-chemical properties of the product. Cheaper fertilizer in comparison with the known method occurs due to the fact that we reduce the content of expensive additives by 10-50 times. In addition, the proposed method makes it possible to obtain a fertilizer freely hopping from self-unloading wagons, which reduces the cost of unloading the convenience agent by approximately 5 times as compared with unconditioned nitrophosphate and 3 times as compared with limestone. In addition, the hygroscopic properties of fertilizers are improved and the caking is reduced during long-term bulk storage. Comparative data is given in the table.
