Description
This invention relates to the field of medicine and relates to the treatment of infected wounds. . There is a known method for treating infected wounds by applying solutions of drugs to the wound surface followed by ultrasound exposure. P 1 However, the known method does not provide rapid treatment of infected wounds. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. The goal is achieved in that the method of treating infected wounds is carried out by applying drug solutions to the wound surface followed by exposure to ultrasound, an ionized solution of metals is applied to the wound surface and exposed to ultrasound with an amplitude of 4 µm oscillations. EXAMPLE 1. Patient A., 26 years old, diagnosed with a trophic name of the right glen. The patient is placed on the operating table in such a way that the wound surface is in a horizontal position. An instrument made of silver is attached to the acoustic unit. The working end of the tool is muffled into the saline solution in the wound. Include ultrasonic generator. Adjust it to the resonant frequency of the acoustic node about 26.5 kHz. At the same time, the working part of the instrument oscillates with an amplitude of 0 µm. Gradually move the ultrasound instrument over the surface of the wound for 5 minutes. Under the action of ultrasonic vibrations, colloidal silver and its ions are transferred from the instrument surface to the soundable saline solution. After treatment, the wound surface cleared, the regeneration process was accelerated by days, with respect to normal Y-15 days.
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. Patient V., 19 years old, diagnosed with osteomyelitis of the meta-epiphyseal part of the left tibia. The bone has a defect of considerable size, which is filled with pus. During the operation, the pus was removed, the cavity was scraped out.
Saline is poured into the cavity. An instrument made of aluminum is attached to the acoustic assembly. The working end of the instrument is recessed into the saline solution in the wound. An ultrasonic generator is turned on. It is tuned to the resonant frequency of the acoustic node at about 26.5 kHz. In this case, the working part of the instrument oscillates with an amplitude of 40 microns. Move the ultrasonic instrument over the surface of the wound for 5 minutes.
Processing is carried out for 3 days. The regeneration process was accelerated for 3 days.
Предлагаемый способ позвол ет сократить сроки лечени инфицированных ран на 3-5 дней (обычный период лечени -12-17 дней).The proposed method makes it possible to shorten the duration of treatment of infected wounds by 3-5 days (the usual treatment period is 12-17 days).
