Управление начальным сдвигом фазы используетс дл изменени фокусировки излучаемого системой пол .The invention relates to radio engineering and can be used to synchronize and control the initial phase shift of oscillations of a set of vibrators of a microwave claim generator used as a transmitter of a pulsed radar station. The initial phase shift control is used to change the focus of the field emitted by the system.
The control of the excitation phases of individual electromagnetic field emitters using phase shifters is widely used in TichT antennas phased array. All of these circuits are reduced to a general functional diagram consisting of three series-connected elements: a multichannel high-frequency power splitter, a set of electrically controlled phase shifters and a set of elementary radiator emitters 1. VIBRATIONS
Поэтому подобные устройства не пригодны дл направленного излучени широкополосных сигналов, а при работе с узкополосными сигналами при перестройке несущей частоты излучени требуют сложного пересчета и подстройки фаto зы каждого фазовращател .However, the use of phase shifters with an insertable phase shift, simplifying the synchronization system, leads to a loss of broadband. Therefore, such devices are not suitable for the directional radiation of broadband signals, and when working with narrowband signals when tuning the carrier frequency of the radiation, they require complex recalculation and adjustment of the phase of each phase shifter.
2.The closest to the invention in its technical nature is a synchronization device, comprising an switch and a wiring node with channels. The channels are used as a delay element, and to control the amount of delay, the switching of the pre-selected channels of wiring node 2 is used.
Such a device provides increased bandwidth, but the large number of switches and the greater 9 steps of the length of the added transmission line leads to significant signal attenuation (low radiation efficiency) and the difficulty of ensuring high synchronization accuracy. The aim of the invention is to increase the accuracy of synchronization of the vibrator radiation and to increase the efficiency of the radiation. This goal is achieved by introducing an optical quantum clock generator, optically connected to the switch input, electrically connected to the switch input, which is connected to the node of the switch, made on multichannel optical couplers with local directional communication, which are connected to sparks with channels of different optical lengths new intervals of vibrators. The synchronization is carried out with the help of rather short optical-range pulses having a spectral width of up to 1000 MHz, which makes it possible to significantly increase the synchronization accuracy. The drawing shows a diagram of the device. The device consists of an optical quantum generator of sync pulses 1, a switch 2, a node 3 of the wiring and spark gaps of vibrators 4. The optical quantum generator of sync pulses I forms light pulses with a duration of several nanoseconds with possibly steeper edges. The pulses go to the input of the switch 2, which is made electro-optic, which connects the optical quantum generator of clock pulses 1 to the spark gaps of the vibrators 4 of the spark generator through the wiring node 3, consisting of U-multichannel splitters. Each multi-channel splitter has the calculated optical lengths of channels 1 (where i is the sequence number of the multichannel splitter; j is the sequence number of the channel coinciding with the number of the spark gap of the vibrator, to which the sync pulses are applied) providing the required synchronization of the radiation of the vibrators of the spark generator working on the principle of a phased antenna array, generating pulsed high-frequency oscillations. The change in the optical channel length changes the moment of supply to the spark gaps of the optical synchro-vibrators and, therefore, the phase of the pulsed high-frequency oscillation. So, using one multichannel splitter having channels of the same optical length, it is possible to simultaneously ignite the spark gaps of the vibrators and hence the simultaneous (in-phase) occurrence of vibrations of the vibrators of the spark generator, with. Thereby, the vibrations emitted by the vibrators are summed at infinity. By switching the optical sync pulse through the switch to another multichannel splitter having the calculated optical lengths of the channels, the spark intervals of the vibrators can be started (ignited) in accordance with the requirements of the summation of the vibrators at a certain point in space. The switching of the splitters, which differ in the estimated channel lengths, ensures the required focusing of the generated high-frequency oscillations. The switch is controlled by giving electrical commands or by some other means, for example, using a beam cut-off system using a deflector. As multichannel optical splitters, microwave-diode splitters with local directional communication are used, which provide isolation between channels by selecting the angle between the splitter channels. , which eliminates the interaction between the channels and the interrelation between the vibrators. The proposed device provides the accuracy of 100 psec synchronization, the radiation efficiency (power) is increased five times in comparison with the known devices.
