Description
Химический состав ее характеризуетс следующими данными, %: SiQi O-60; AlflO, 15-10; CaO 10-20; ППП 10-15; FLO. 2-V,MgO 2-5; SO, 1-3; K..O NajO 2-5. 39 120-150 C and above. The low density of such a solution is achieved due to the low densities of the most basic binding substance — ferrochromic slag (2.70 g / cm) and hydration active filler — ceramite silica dust (2.50 g / cm). The high water demand of the mixture is due to the high thickening ability of sodium aluminate (NaAlO.), As well as the high consumption of water for wetting the highly dispersed solid phase. The latter is caused by the fact that ferrochrome slag and expanded clay dust are in a finely dispersed state, and their specific surface reaches 6000. Ferrochrome slag is a finely dispersed slag dust that forms as a result of the propping effect of dicalcium silicate c) C-form during silicate decomposition, such as self-dissolved slag from the production of refined flux ferrochrome. This slag consists of almost 100% of the crystalline phases, characterized by the highest content jCjS 60-70%, 10-20% in the slag are spicels, calcium and magnesium aluminates, 5-15% - dicalcium silicate in the form, the rest is Mervenite, ore matter and RO phase of about 10%. By chemical composition, the main metallurgical slags with the basic module L ± MoO. GLO, more than 1j5, are characterized by the largest amount of calcium oxide (055%). The silica content in such slags is 20/55%. Alumina passes to the oxide and magnesium oxide up to 10%. Ferrochromic slag is a dump crystallized decomposed slag of ferrous metallurgy. Keramite dust is a waste from the production of a lightweight expanded aggregate for concrete - expanded clay. Its chemical composition is characterized by the following data,%: SiQi O-60; AlflO, 15-10; CaO 10-20; SPT 10-15; FLO. 2-V, MgO 2-5; SO, 1-3; K..O NajO 2-5. Such dust is hydration-active and at high temperature due to the presence of calcium and magnesium, as well as aluminosilicate glass, shows toughing properties and can harden itself. The sodium aluminate is a salt of a weak acid (NAY) and a strong base. It is a product of the chemical industry, as well as a by-product of a number of industries, for example in the food industry. In addition, sodium aluminate can be obtained chemically by heating in an aqueous medium to 70 ° C aluminum hydroxide and caustic soda with an excess of the latter. After heating, the reaction proceeds exothermically as the temperature rises to. The result is a light yellow liquid with a density of 1.22-1.42 g / cm®, having a pH of about 13. The best results on the stability of the prepared sodium aluminate product are obtained with a ratio of caustic soda and aluminum hydroxide (caustic module) equal to 0, eight. In this A1 (OH), in the case of a boiling point of 15-20 minutes at 113 ° C, a 40% sodium aluminate solution (NaAlOg) with a density of 1 g / cm is obtained. The reaction proceeds according to the equation 2A1 (OH) s-t-ZNaOH 2NaM.O + 4HtO. Example 1. Take 100 g of ferrochrome slag, g of claydite dust and 1.5 g of sodium aluminate. When mixing the mixture with water, taking into account water introduced by sodium aluminate solution with a concentration of 40%, the total amount of water is 151 ml, and the total water content of the mixture is 128%. At the same time, the spreadability of the solution on the standard cone of AzNII is 20 cm, and its density is 1.37 g / cm. The setting time of the solution is characterized by the following data: start - 2 hours, end 3 hours. The stone formed during hardening has mechanical strength after hardening for a day at a bend of 10 kgf / cm, 28 kgf / cm2 for compression. EXAMPLE 2 100 g of ferrochromic slag, 31 g of clay dust and 2.9 g of sodium aluminate are taken. When mixing the mixture with water, taking into account the water introduced by sodium aluminate solution with a concentration of 40%, the total amount of water is 197 ml, and the total water content of the mixture is 150%. At the same time, the spreadability of the solution on the standard cone of AzNII is 19 cm, and its density is 1.28 g / cm. The setting time of the solution at 120 ° C is characterized by S with the following data: start -2 hours 30 minutes, end -3 meters. The stone formed during hardening has a mechanical strength after hardening at 120 ° C for a day at a bend of 6 kgf / cm, and in compression of 20 kgf / cm.
