На нижнем конце приводного вала 1 закреплена плита 2 с заглаживающей юбкой 3. В опорах 4 плиты смонтированы полые укатывающие ролики 5 с метател ми 6 на верхних торцах. Каждый ролик снабжен 5 эксцентрично закрепленным в его полости грузом 7. Опоры 4 роликов выполнены с упругими элементами в виде втулок 8, охватывающих нижние концы осей 9 укатывающих роликов.
