(54) КЛАПАН
I
Изобретение относитс к компрессоростроению .
Известны клапаны поршневых компрессоров , содержаш,ие запорный орган, расположенный между седлом и ограничителем подъема, имеюш,ими каналы дл прохода газа, в одних из которых размеш,ены обтекатели 1 .
В запорных органах известных клапанов в зоне каналов седла имеютс повышенное напр жени при закрытом клапане, что снижает их надежность.
Цель изобретени - повышение надежности .
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что обтекатели выполнены за одно целое с запорным органом.
Кроме того, запорный орган со стороны ограничител подъема имеет скос, а обтекатели снабжены по крайней мере одним центрируюшим ребром.
На фиг. 1 изображен клапан, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - участок седла с каналом; на фиг. 3-5 варианты выполнени центрируюш ,их ребер.
Клапан содержит запорный орган 1, расположенный между седлом 2 и ограничителем подъема 3, имеющими каналы 4 и 5 дл прохода газа, в одних из которых размещены обтекатели 6. Обтекатели 6 выполнены за одно целое с запорным органом 1.
5 Запорный орган 1 со стороны ограничител подъема 3 может иметь скос, а обтекатели 6 могут быть снабжены, по крайней мере, одним центрирующим ребром 7. Выполнение обтекателей 7 за одно целое с запорным органом 1 позвол ет снизить напр жение в нем в зоне каналов 5 седла 2 при закрытии клапана. Скос у запорного органа 1 позвол ет снизить контактные напр жени при открытии клапана и ударе запорного органа 1 об ограничитель подъема 3. Ребра 7
5 обеспечивают центровку запорного органа относительно кана.юв 4 и 5.
Claims (3)
- Формула изобретени
- 20 1. Клапан, преимущественно поршневого компрессора, содержащий запорный орган, расположенный между седлом и ограничителем подъема, имеющими каналы дл прохода газа, в одних из которых размещены обтекатели, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени надежности, обтекатели выполнены за одно целое с запорным органом. 2. Клапан по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что запорный орган со стороны ограничител подъема имеет скос.
