II
The invention relates to refractory industry and can be used in the production of aluminosilicate and high alumina materials for lining various thermal units, in particular for laying coke ovens with a high temperature of coking, lining steelmaking units, steel teeming ladles, blast furnaces and other devices.
Известна шихта дл изготовлени огнеупоров на основе кварцита с добавками борсодержащего компонента и электрокорунда р |.The known charge for the manufacture of refractories based on quartzite with the addition of the boron-containing component and electrocorundum p |.
The disadvantage of this mixture is that the products made from it have low strength and refractoriness and high porosity.
Closest to the proposed technical entity is a mixture for the manufacture of refractories, including, in weight. |: Crystalline quartzite 5b, 0 - 79.0, corundum 2040, Portland cement 1.0 -, 0 G2}. However, this mixture is characterized by the fact that the products prepared on its basis have low indices of refractoriness, strength, and possess high porosity.
The aim of the invention is to increase the refractoriness, mechanical
to прочности и снижение пористости при сохранении высокой термостойкости.to strength and reduced porosity while maintaining high heat resistance.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the charge for the manufacture of refractories, including crystalline quartzite, an alumina-containing component and a binder, contains an alumina with a content of less than 85 as an alumina-containing component and
26 binder — sulphite-alcohol bard and, additionally, calcium oxide and iron oxide at the following component ratio, wt .: Crystalline quartzite 27.2-65.0 Alumina with a content of OLA 0 not less than 85 27.9-63, Sulfite- alcohol bard5,6-7,3 Calcium oxide 0,4b-1,8 Oxide of iron. 0.32-0.92 Moreover, the charge contains crystalline quartzite of a fraction of 0.01–3 mm, and alumina — a fraction of 0.001–0.07 mm. As an alumina-containing component, alumina can be used with a content of at least 85% (for example, technical, HA, HCC), as well as finely ground powders of electrofused corundum or sintered corundum, i.e. materials with a high content of o -Al-O. This combination of components and weight ratios provide products with high refractoriness, strength, retains high heat resistance, reduces porosity. Limiting the alumina-containing component to the d-modification is due to the fact that alumina enriched in other forms, for example, is. J-modification, during sintering contributes to the process of mullitization, I go. with significant loosening, with the result that the material after sintering is characterized by high porosity (45) and low apparent density and mechanical strength. The presence of free calcium and iron oxides in the system of crystalline quartzite and alumina is partly responsible for the chemical reaction of the formation of mullite at a lower temperature. Moreover, the process of mullite formation in the presence of the indicated oxides and the selected weight ratio of the initial components is carried out mainly in the liquid phase, the viscosity of which is significantly reduced in the presence of calcium and iron oxides. A well-developed mullite intergrowth with elongated needles and prismatic crystals forms a firmly cementing residual cristobalite and corundum, which gives the system a high refractoriness and mechanical strength in general. Formed glass aluminosilicate composition, which is reinforced with fine mullite crystals and single crystals. 34 more reinforced, needle and prismatic, gives the system a high density, heat resistance, low porosity. The selected grain composition of the initial components — the alumina component and crystalline quartzite — ensures the dense packing of the raw material, and during sintering, obtaining a stable chemical compound. The optimal limits of the grain composition of the initial powders provide products with greater mechanical strength and low porosity while maintaining high heat resistance. Thus, the totality of the selected components, their weight ratios, grain composition, determine the formation of high - non-refractory phases and compounds with high firing characteristics, a distinctive structure structure, their mutual redistribution, providing the products from the mixture of the proposed composition, high quality indicators on density , strength, fire resistance, porosity, while maintaining high heat resistance. The mixture is prepared as follows. For the manufacture of products, alumina is used in oL - form (either corundum or electroplating corundum), quartzite and CaO additives and introduced in the form of a lime-pyrite slurry. Lime-pyrite suspension is mixed with a binder - sulfite-alcohol barda, with a density of 1.3-1.26 g / cm. Crystalline quartzite of a fraction of 0.01–3 mm is moistened with a lime sulfite pyrite ester, a portion (lx1 / 3) of alumina component (corundum, oi-alumina, electrocorundum) of 0.001-0.07 mm is added and mixed thoroughly. The residue is then poured on with a lime sulfite pyrite slip and the remaining alumina material is added. After thorough mixing, the mass is pressed at a specific pressure of 00-500 kgf / cm. The products are dried at LONZO C and calcined at HIO-ISSO C. The composition of the mixture is presented in table 1. The products manufactured in this way are characterized by the indicators given in table. 2. From the data table. 2 shows that the products of the proposed mixture have high quality indicators for refractoriness, strength, density. In addition, the field of application of products, as they can be used, in linings of steel-teeming ladles, in-air heaters of blast furnaces and in new coke-chemical processes with increased
