(54) ПРОТЕЗ МЕЖПОЗВОНОЧНОГО ДИСКА(54) THE DISEASE OF THE INTERVENTIONAL DISC.

Изобретение относитс  к медицине, конкретнее к ортопедии и травматологи . Известен протез межпозвоночного дис,ка , содержащий кольцо из эластомерных и эластомерных с тканевым армированием слоев, ll, Недостатком известного устройства  вл етс  то, что оно не восстанавливает амортизационной, опорной и двигательной функций позвоночника и не обеспечивает жесткой фиксации протеза к телам позвоночников в послеоперационном периоде. Целью изобретени   вл етс  восстановление амортизационной, опорной и двигательной функций позвоночного сегмента и обеспечение жесткой фиксации протеза к телам позвонков в послеоперационном периоде . Цель достигаетс  тем, что предлагаемый протез межпозвоночного диска, содержащий кольцо из эластомерных и эластомерных ( тканевым армированием слоев снабжен элементами креплени , выполненными в виде цилмдра, на одном торце которого имеютс  захваты и отверсти , а на другом торце выполнены выступы, св занные с кольцом, в котором выполнена полость, при этом на цилиндрах установле1Сз1 разрезные втулки с укреплегшыми на них заостренными штыр ми, кроме того , полость кольца заполнена в зкой неполимеризующейс  жидкостью под давлением 3-3,5 кг/см. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый протез межпозвоночного диска; на фиг. 2 то же, вид сбоку; на фиг, 3.-«- то же, вид сверху; на ф1Ш, 4 - разрез А-А на фиг, 2, Протез межпозвоночного диска выполней цилиндрической формы и содержит кольцо 1, выполненное из эластомера 2 с тканевой армировкой 3, причем ка ода  тканева  нить расположена под углом к продольной оси протеза.
