The invention relates to the mining industry, namely to drilling wells in solid rocks. The well-known drill head includes a housing with interchangeable inserts 1. The disadvantage of this drill head is that the interchangeable inserts wear out quickly because they are in constant contact with the rocks. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a drill head, including a housing, on which tools of impact and cutting action f2 are installed. The drawback of the drill head is that it is not sufficiently effective in operation, since it is impossible to establish the optimum angle between the working edges of the tools, depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the rock to be destroyed. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of rock destruction by setting the optimum angle between the working edges of the tools, depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the rock to be destroyed. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the head, including the body, on which the percussion and cutting tools are installed, the percussion tool is mounted on the body with the possibility of smooth rotation relative to the cutting tool blade, which is made in the form of a cutter fixed on the body. FIG. 1 shows a drill head; in fig. 2 is a scanning of the drilling surface, a longitudinal section j in FIG. 3 sweep surface drilling. The drill head consists of a corliyca 1, on which the cutting tool is installed, made in the form of a cutter 2, fixedly mounted on the body. On case 1 there is a nest 3i in which the actuator 4 of reciprocating action of the impact tool in the form of a bit 5 is placed. The impact tool is installed on the case with the possibility of smooth rotation relative to the cutting tool blade. To fix the bit 5 in a certain position in slot 3 the fixer 6 is installed. The drill head works as follows. When the housing rotates, 1 bit 5 strikes under the action of a reciprocating drive on the drilling surface, leaving scallops on it, which are cut by the cutter 2 following the bit 5. When the physical and mechanical properties of the rock to be destroyed are changed, the optimum angle between the cutting edges of the cutting tools and impact, then fixed by fixer 5. By choosing the optimal angle between the working edges of the tools, the energy consumption of the destruction process is reduced at There are no changes in the meeting angle between the scallops 7 on the bottom 8 and the blade of the tool 2 (Figs. 2 and 3). The invention of the Burov head, including the body, on which the percussion and cutting tools are installed, is different from the fact that, in order to improve the destruction of the rocks by setting the optimum angle between the working edges of the tools, depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the rock to be destroyed, the percussion tool mounted on the housing with the possibility of a smooth rotation relative to the blade of the tool of the cutting action, which is made in the form of a cutter fixedly mounted on the housing.
