Description

(54) DEVICE FOR CLEANING WIRES from OKALINA

Claims (1)

В 21 В 45/04, 1974.The invention relates to the abrasive machining of parts such as wire and can be used in the engineering, metallurgical and other industries. By bus No. 498999, a device for cleaning wire from an ocular is known, comprising a housing, inside which a container is arranged, made in the form of a fixed cylinder, centered with the body of an elastic cylinder, while the CAVITY between the container and the joint is connected to the air supply line 1. However, the known device does not provide high-quality processing of the wire due to the absence of abrasive change in the treatment area. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing by mixing abrasive in the treatment area. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with an additional camera with filters installed above the housing, while the filters are arranged according to the condition that two cavities are formed in the chamber, one of which is connected to the container, and the other to the distributor inserted into the device making a hole connecting the container to the compressed air line. The drawing schematically shows the device. The device for cleaning the wire from the scale contains a container 1, made-in. as a cylinder of elastic material and filled with abrasive 2, through which the wire 3 to be processed, the feeder 4, the lower sealing hook 5 with holes for the compressed air supply, the top cover 6 and the chamber 7. with filters 8 separating the chamber 7 into two cavities, one of which is connected to the distributor 9. The cavity 10, formed by the container 1 and the housing 1 I, is connected through the distributor I2 to the compressed air supply line 13 and the compressed air outlet line 14. The device operates as follows. The wire to be processed is continuously pulled through the abrasive compacted by the walls of the elastic cylinder by supplying compressed air through the distributor 12. After processing the wire through the distributor 12 and the main 14, the compressed air is withdrawn from the cavity 10. The container 1 acquires the original shape, etc. short grip abrasive. A compressed air is fed through the holes in the grip 6, which causes the abrasive to be weighed, and the distributor 9 is turned on. Dust processing waste is removed through the filters 8, then the distributor 9 is crossed,. turn on valve 12 by supplying compressed air from line 13, stopping the flow of air through the openings in cover 6. The wire processing cycle is repeated. Abrasive 2 is replenished periodically through a feeder 4. This device allows high-quality wire processing. Claims Device for descaling wire according to auth.St. No. 498999, characterized in that, in order to improve processing quality by mixing the abrasive in the treatment area, the device is equipped with an additional chamber with filters mounted above the housing, while the filters are arranged according to the condition that two cavities are formed in the chamber, one of which is connected to the tank and the other with a distributor introduced into the device, with holes in the lower wall of the case connecting the container to the compressed air line.
