Description
(54) DISK CHIP
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used as a rock cutting tool in the drilling of oil and blast holes. Disc bits are known, in which the discs are mounted at an angle to the width of the longitudinal diametral section and are located one behind the other on the same axis 1. The lack of limestone of disc bits is the possibility of a borehole curvature. A disk chisel is known that contains to the building rock-cutting disks, the shanks of which are installed in the housing by means of bearings 2. The disadvantage of this bit is the operability of its supporting elements. The purpose of the invention - povpienie durability of the bit. This goal is achieved by the fact that the lower part of the body of the bit is in the shape of a mold. at the same time, the shank axes are perpendicular to the corresponding edge of the wedge and are offset relative to the diametrical plane of the bit in opposite directions by an amount exceeding the radius of the shank. This form of bit execution allows a significant increase in the operability of the disk supports and ensures the bit self-centering in the face. FIG. I depicts a chisel, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same, vvd from below. The bit includes a body 1, the lower part of which is made in the form of a dihedral wedge facing the bottom of the well, and in the body of the wedge there are cavities (one on each face) i which include the shanks of rock-breaking disks 2 and 3. Each shank is mounted in the cavity on podshpnik (slip rolling) and fastened with a quick-detachable fastening, which can be made in the form of a clamp 4 and a clamp 5. The cavities for accommodating the shanks are arranged so that their axes 1-1 and II-YY are offset relative to the axis 0-0, which lies in the plane of the length diameter in opposite directions by an amount greater than the radius of the disc shank.
The upper part of the bit body is equipped with a threaded nipple, through which it coaxes, goes to the drill pipe string, besides, there are channels 6 in the case, through which the flushing agent enters the bearing cavities, and then through the channels 7, drilled in the discs enters the bottomhole for flushing the well.
Chisel works as follows.
As the bit body rotates, the discs move relative to the borehole walls. Along the periphery, the discs are equipped with teeth that destroy the rock, contacting with the face mainly at the borehole walls. Therefore, the walls of the borehole and the bottomhole in the peripheral part of the delay disc rim. The strength of the friction contributes to the same effect, arising in the process of cutting on the front edges of the incisors. As a result, the discs rotate in the direction from the periphery to the center of the well, and their teeth come into operation sequentially. With this, a little more than 1/4 of the teeth are in contact with the bottom of each disk, while the remaining teeth pass approximately 3/4 of their way, being in reserve, which helps to reduce the heating and wear of the rock-breaking elements.
An important feature of the bit proposed is that all the teeth located on both disks consistently participate in the profiling of the borehole walls, i.e. all the teeth of the bit work under the same fracture conditions and therefore have gradual and uniform wear, which ensures the drill bit performance.
