Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the production of unburned refractory plates of slide gates for casting steel from a ladle. Blends are known for the production of unburned refractories, where magnesite or rapic magnesium oxide is used in a mixture with Campersay chromite or electrofusion spinel on a chemical bond of magnesium sulphate and boric acid. The strength in this case is increased up to 1000 kg / cm with the use of different magnesia with Kempirsai Mitom on a bond of 3% magnesium sulphate and 2% boric acid C1. Closest to the present invention is a mixture containing sintered magnesite, fractions of 4 to 3 mm chromite, fire resistant clay, water glass and methyl cellulose. In this mixture of chromite, a highly refractory magnifier, magnesite, is a highly refractory material that promotes hardening. It gives strength to pressurized product. LCD glass is a chemical bond that gives strength to the product in services at high temperatures (over 600 ° C). Refractory clay is a plasticizer that increases the strength of the raw material after pressing G2. A disadvantage of the known charge is that chromite increases the swelling of refractory products when exposed to iron oxides in service, leading to their destruction and reduces the metal and slag resistance of products from such charges. Methyl cellulose - methyl cellulose ether C (, H 70, OHJj-x (OCH)) is used for gluing refractory at heat treatment temperature, but it does not provide sufficiently high strength of products and, moreover, at temperatures above 300 ° C, it leads to a decrease in strength It is not possible to use this material as the basis of plates for unbroken casting of steel, since the heating of the plates takes place stepwise and in the interval from 300 to the loss of their strength takes place, which leads to their destruction and the passage of metal between the plates. elichenie mechanical strength.

1.Example. For the preparation of the samples, the masses of the three compositions are prepared from the mixture, a mass of 4 is also prepared, and the samples of the known mixture are prepared, shown in Table 1.
