Abstract

1398743 Fuel injection pumps ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 15 Sept 1972 [18 Sept 1971 13 Oct 1971] 42796/72 Heading F1A A fuel injection pump comprises a casing 10, a body 13 defining a cylinder bore 17 and having a mounting flange 15 clamped by screws 48 against an upper face 11 of the casing, and a pressure valve 36 held against a shoulder 42 in an extension 38 of the cylinder bore 17 by a nipple 39 screwed into an internal thread 41 in the end of the extension bore 38 remote from the cylinder bore 17. The body 13 is located in a bore 12 in the casing and its reduced diameter end 14 is disposed with a clearance a in a bore 12a. O-rings 58, 62 are provided for preventing leakage past the body from a suction chamber 24. In operation fuel from the suction chamber 24 enters the working chamber 21 through a control port 22 covered by upward movement of the piston 18 and uncovered, to terminate delivery, by an oblique edge 25 on the piston 18. Thus fuel in the chamber 21 spills into the suction chamber 24 where it is intercepted by a baffle ring 53 secured by a snap ring 54. Various dimensional relationships between parts are specified.

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению , преимущественно к топливн насосам двигателей внутреннего сгорани  , Известны топливные насосы двигат лей внутреннего сгорани , содержащи корпус из легкого металла, закрепле ную в нем гильзу с регулирующими отверсти ми и камерой всасывани , причем в цилиндрическом отверстии гильзы размещены поршень дл  измере ни  подачи горючего, снабженный по меньшей мере одной наклонной направ л ющей кромкой, а в расширении цилиндрического отверсти  гильзы размещены нагнетательный клапан, корпу которого закреплен в гильзе при пом щи ниппел , св занного с ней резьбовым соединением, причем гильза сопр жена с корпусом через опорный бурт, размещенный на ее наружной поверхности над регулирующими отвер сти ми 1 . Недостатком известного насоса  вл етс  то, что крепление гильзы в корпусе не обеспечивает достаточной жесткости соединени , что приво дит к по влению изгибающих усилий при работе насоса и к снижению надежности гильзы и насоса в целом. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности путем устранени -изгибающих усилий. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что гильза выполнена с фланцем, расположенным в зоне резьбового соединени  и имеет уменьшенный диаметр в зоне ниже камеры всасывани  дл  установки в корпусе с зазором. На чертеже представлен насос,прюдольный разрез. Топливный насос содержит корпус 1, в котором закреплена гильза 2 с камерой 3 и нагнетательным клапаном 4. Гильза 2 сопр жена с корпусом 1 при помощи опорного бурта 5, размещенного на наружной поверхности гильзы 2 над ее регулирующими отверсти ми 6. Ниппель 7 св зан с гильзой 2 резьбовым соединением 8, На гильзе выполнен фланец 9, расположенный в зоне резьбового соединени  8,а в зоне ниже камеры 3 дл  установки в корпусе 1 с зазором гильза 2 имеет уменьшенный диаметр. При сборке насоса зазор между гильзой 2 и корпусом 1 компенсирует наружные, силы, возникающие при монтаже и предохран ет гильзу от короблени .
