Description
The invention relates to vacuum technology and can be used for pumping gases in vacuum installations, as well as for circulating gases in confined spaces. Device 1 is known, which contains a constant magnetic field source and electrodes connected to a constant voltage source. In the known device, as a result of the conductive gas being brought into contact with the electrons, the latter is pumped out. A disadvantage of the known devices is the presence of gas contact with the electrodes, which leads to its contamination with products, erosion. Also known is an electrodynamic gas pump containing a dielectric vacuum wire, a device for energizing an electromagnetic field and a power supply device 2 connected to it. In a known device, electrodes are placed in the vacuum line, and a constant tungsten filament is applied to the electrodes that emit the electrodes. to initiate a gas discharge. OV. Evolved positively charged ions are moved in the direction of negatively charged electrodes, which are entrained in collisions of neutral gas molecules in the direction opposite to the evacuated volume. In order to increase pumping efficiency in the area of magnitude 15, a magnetic field is created by an external device. However, such a pump cannot operate at gas pressures close to atmospheric, and therefore, when used, requires the preliminary activation of a foreline vacuum pump. Great difficulties arise when pumping gases that form during ionization, mainly negative ions, they remain in the pumped volume. In addition, the introduction of electrodes into a vacuum pipe leads to the contamination of the evacuated volume due to the evaporation of the electrode material. The aim of the invention is non-contact evacuation of gases with an initial atmospheric pressure. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an electron-dynamic gas pump containing a dielectric vacuum pipe, a device for exciting an electromagnetic field and a device connected to it

Выходное отверстие вакуумпровода должно быть выполнено на той же торцевой стенке резонатора, где закреплен четвертьволновой штырь.l that penetrates the gas in dielectric vacuum tube 3. When the intensity of the electric field in the vacuum tube exceeds the value at which the discharge is ignited, the gas is ionized. The proposed pump options provide the conditions under which the formed ions and electrons acquire a directional motion, and collide with neutral particles, carry them along. The electric and magnetic fields in the resonators are mutually orthogonal and time-shifted relative to each other by a quarter of the oscillation period (Fig. 1 and 2) therefore the gas particles in the vacuum line, both charged and neutral, acquire speed in the direction perpendicular to the directions of the electric current. and magnetic fields, i.e. from one end wall to another. In this case, in the vacuum line of any configuration placed in the cavity, acceleration and pumping of particles from the inlet to the outlet will occur, as they are performed on opposite end walls of the cavity. The outlet of the vacuum tube should be made on the same end wall of the resonator, where the quarter-wave pin is fixed.
In the following two versions of the pump (see Figs. 3-6), accelerated parts moving in the direction perpendicular to the electric and magnetic fields, exit the pump through openings made in the walls of the resonator, parallel to the power lines of the electric field, t. e. perpendicular particle velocity. Effective suction of gas into the pump is ensured by making the inlet openings of the vacuum line on the walls of the resonators (both prismatic and cylindrical) perpendicular to the power lines of the electric field. There can be several inlets and outlets of the vacuum line.
