На внутренней поверхности футеровки по ее периметру размещены электрические нагревательные элементы и направл ющие потокоразделительные элементы, которые выполнены в виде пр моугольных пластин. Внутри рабочей камеры корпуса свободно подвешен экран. Рабоча  ,камера св зана с подподовой частью, выполненной в виде центрального канала.
