Однако , если в жидкости раствор ют 28 мг натрового щелока (NaOH), то вышеприведенны опыт приводит лишь к растворению 0,35 мг железа. Это значение становитс еще более низким в случае изготовлени штифтов из легированных сталей (0,05 мг).
При добавлении в раствор 0,15 мл 25%-ного водного раствора аммиака растворенное количество железа составл ет меньше,- чем 0,05 мг. Таким образом, -.коррози уменьшаетс на фак тор .по меньшей мере в 35 раз.
Использование метанола с добавками щелочи позвол ет в /35-50 раз снизить коррозионность. процесса, обеспечив тем самым длительную, бесперебойную
работу установок абсорбционной очистки газов.
Claims (2)
1.Способ очистки газов от кислых компонентов путем абсорбции метанолом отличающийс тем, что, с целью снижени степени коррозии аппаратуры , абсорбцию ведут в присутствии гидроокиси натри или аммиака.
2.Способ ПОП.1, отличающий с тем, что гидроокись натри или аммиак ввод т в количестве 5-200 ммоль/л метанола.
