1one
The invention relates to metallurgy and mechanical engineering, in particular, to the technology of heat treatment of white iron, and can be used to improve the mechanical properties of iron castings.
A known method of thermocyclic treatment of white iron, including repeated heating to temperatures above point A (with intermediate light cooling and final cooling, for example, in air. This method improves its plasticity, mainly due to the implementation of graphitization processes that provide cementite decomposition in the composition of the ledeburit eutectic, as a result of which the number of brittle crystals of cementite decreases and the volume of relatively plastic pearlite sections in the structure of h Guna S.
The disadvantage of this method is that a significant decrease in the amount of cementite in the ledeburite composition during graphitization is often an undesirable phenomenon, since it reduces the hardness and wear resistance of the iron. Excessive amount of graphite, especially in unfavorable WHITE IRON
This flocculated form does not allow for a high ductility of cast iron.
The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a method of thermocyclic treatment of cast iron, concluded in multiple heating to 980-1050 s with intermediate air cooling
Применение такой техно огии термической обработки белого чугуна направлено на ускорение распада первичного цементита в 10 to 600-650 ° С and final cooling in air. The use of such technology of heat treatment of white iron is aimed at accelerating the decomposition of primary cementite in
2}.15 with a ledeburit metallic base and structurally free carbon 2}.
A disadvantage of the known method is that the decomposition of cementite to form free carbon by graphitization reduces to a large extent the hardness and wear resistance of cast iron, which is undesirable in most cases.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the ductility of white iron while maintaining its strength properties.
2.This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of impregnation processing, in the inlet multiple heating above intermediate cooling and final cooling, the cast iron is heated to 1070–1120 ° C and cooled to 7BO-850-C with cooling at each temperature min. At the same time, the rate of heating and cooling in the temperature range of thermal cycling from 1070-1120 ° C to 750-850 ° C is deg / min. Final cooling is performed at a rate of 10-10 deg / min, depending on the required structure of the newly formed iron base, including for thin-plate perlite 10 deg / min, sorbitol deg / min, and finally, martensite structure with a speed close to 10 deg / min. In addition, during the final cooling, the exposure is carried out at 200–700 ° until the eutectoid decay of austenite is completed. Repeated thermocyclic treatment of α-iron in the temperature range from 1070-1120С to 750-850 С with isothermal explosions for 1-3 min at these temperatures leads to the improvement of ductility of cast iron by performing cycles of dissolution-release of cementite in austenite in the composition of the eutectic structural component - Ledeburi is the basis of white iron. As a result of repeated cycling in the range of specified temperatures, qualitative changes occur in the structure of cast iron, which consists in replacing the cementitic base of ledeburite with austenitic base metal with evenly distributed insulated inclusions in it. Such replacement of the base in the cast iron structure ensures an increase in the plasticity of the most important characteristic of the cast iron mechanical properties. In addition, the replacement of the base in the cast iron structure makes it possible with sufficient efficiency to perform subsequent strengthening and softening in the heat of the iron, based on phase transformations in the austenitic base. Such types of heat treatment are second-rate squeezes (including full isothermal, etc.), quenching, tempering. In the 1P method proposed: for the impact and on the structure of the iron, a fundamentally different phase change is used compared to the known one, namely: partial phase recrystallization, which consists in the effect of stopping the release of excess secondary cementite due to the variable limited: solubility carbon in austenite with temperature, while the known method is carried out using a eutectoid reaction when passing through the AC point,. In addition, the use of high heating and cooling rates (1010 degrees / min in the thermal cycling temperature range and limiting the exposure time at these temperatures for 1-3 min. In the proposed method prevents the breakdown of cementite into graphite, while in the known breakdown of cementite into graphite is its purpose. At the same time, the proposed method, if necessary, can ensure the development of graphitization. The elongation of the last high-temperature isothermal holding during thermal cycling at 1070–1120 ° C above 3 min allows It is possible to obtain graphite in a cast iron structure in a favorable spheroidized form.Getting this form of graphite in this case is due to processes occurring during the preceding thermal cycling treatment. with dimensions of 15x20x20 mm, heated to 1090 ° С in a salt bath, kept at this temperature for 2 minutes, cooled in another salt bath at 810 ° С with repeated isothermal aging for 2 minutes. Next, the sample from the bath with a temperature of 810 ° C is transferred to a bath with a temperature of 1090 ° C for a new treatment cycle, and this alternation of heating and cooling operations with isothermal holdings at the indicated temperatures is repeated 3 times. After the last isothermal exposure has been completed, the cast iron samples are cooled in air or in oil to room temperature, which corresponds to an average cooling rate of 10 deg / min and 3.10 deg / min, respectively. Some samples are cooled in an alkaline bath with a temperature of 500 ° С | isothermal aging is carried out for 60 minutes and is subsequently cooled in air. Part of the samples, cooled after thermocyclic treatment in air, is heated; Dod quenching to 300, 860, 910, is cooled in oil and then subjected to tempering at 500 ° C for 60 minutes. In order to obtain comparative data, processing is carried out in parallel in a manner known per se. Study the microstructure of cast iron. The results are shown in table 1. .. The mechanical properties of cast iron after processing by the proposed method are presented in table. 2
