The invention relates to optical instrumentation and can be used in lens technical and medical endoscopes for inspecting internal hard-to-reach cavities with simultaneous measurement of the sizes detected by. defects. An endoscope is known which contains two side vision lenses (the viewing angle with the axis of the device is 90 °), which are located in the distal part. These lenses form two images on photographic film (stereo pairs), in order to point the endoscope to the object of interest in it by the viewfinder, consisting of a rotating mirror and an optical system transmitting the image. Determining the actual sizes of defects is carried out on the stereocomparator after processing the photographic image of stereopair 1. The disadvantage of this design is the impossibility of obtaining operational information about the size of defects observed inside the cavity under study, since photography is necessary, which limits the use of this endoscope. The closest to the technical essence of the present invention is an endoscope containing a rotary prism, a lens, a series of successively installed reversing systems, a collective, a grid and an eye 12. The disadvantage of this type of endoscope is small. The accuracy of measuring the size of the defect observed at. cavity with low reflectivity. Measurement with this endoscope is practically impossible when inspecting internal cavities with polished surfaces, especially. if they are curvilinear, for example inspection of turbine blades or compressors inside aircraft engines. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the size of defects. This goal is achieved by the fact that an endoscope containing a turning prism, a lens, a series of successively installed reversing systems, a collective, a net and an ocular, is equipped with a second lens coupled to the first beam-splitting. element installed behind the first wrapper system
The first wrapping system is made of two lenses and a Dove prism located between them or in the form of an R-graded section.
13.Figure 1 shows the optical design of the endoscope; Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of its implementation; Fig. 3 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the endoscope. The distal part 1 (Fig. 1) of the endoscope consists of two lenses 2 and 3 with constant focusing, having the same optical characteristics of the swivel prieky 4, the optical system 5 of full wrapping, consisting of two lenses 6 and a prism 7, for example, Dove's prism . The beam-splitting cube 8 is installed at the intersection of the main optical axes of lenses 2 and 3. The proximal part 9 of the endoscope contains lenses 10 of the wrapping systems and collective 11, which transfer the image to the front plane i (focal) | eyepiece 12, where measuring grid 13 is installed.
14.Figure 2 shows the optical design of the endoscope with a wrapping system made in the form of a segment of R-grad. 14.
3).The endoscope works as follows (figure 3).
The object 15, detected by endoscopy, is at a distance from the lens 3. The same object is viewed by lens-2 through a prism 4. Since there is some basic distance between the lenses, b, determined by the optical pargilles of the combined reversing system 5 and the required measurement accuracy, Two images are observed in the field of view. The coincidence of two images into one is carried out by turning the movable prism 4 at a certain angle H relative to the main axis of the endoscope. The angle of rotation of the prism f is proportional to the distance from the lens to the observed defect and the relationship of these parameters is determined by the ratio
, « btgM ., "BtgM.
The endoscope has various magnifications corresponding to different distances. For a specific type of endoscope, the angle of rotation of the prism 4 can be converted to a corresponding increase in the system. 5 The defect under investigation in the field of view of the operator is viewed against the background of the grid 13 with divisions. Having determined the number of divisions occupied by the defect and, multiplying by the corresponding increase, the operator determines the actual size of the defect.
The use of the proposed endoscope makes it possible to promptly make direct measurement of the dimensions of defects when examining internal cavities, for example, when monitoring aircraft engines, and there is no need for a viewfinder, which greatly simplifies the design.
