(54) ДИСТРАКТОР ДЛЯ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА(54) SPINE DISTRACTOR

Изобретение относитс  к медицине а именно к ортопедии и травматологи и предназначего дл  дистракции и ко рекции сколиозов. Известен дистрактор дл  позвоноч ника, содержащий резьбовой стержень с крюками и направл ющими пазами и пружину ll . Однако известное устройство не позвол ет осуществить посто нную Сс1морегулирующуюс  коррекцию деформации позвоночника в послеоперационном периоде. Цель изобретени  - обеспечени  возможности посто нной саморегулирук цейс  коррекции деформации позвоночника в послеоперационном периоде Цель достигаетс  тем, что в диетракторе , содержащем резьбовой стержень с крюками и направл ющими пазами , пружину, на стержне установлена дополнительна  пружина и гайки приче обе пружины размещены между гайками и крюками, последние соединены со стержнем с помощью винта, установлен ного в направл ющем пазу стержн . На чертеже изображен дистрактор дл  позвоночника, вид. Дистрактор дл  позвоночника содер жит резьбовой стержень 1 с разнонап равленной резьбой, с крюками 2 и направл ющим пазом 3. На стержне установлены две пружины 4, размещеН ные между крюками 2 и гайками 5. Крюки 2 соединены со стержнем 1 с помощью винта 6, установленного в направл ющем пазу 3. Дистрактор примен етс  следующим образом. После разреза кожи и обнажени  с одной стороны остистых отростков, дуг, суставных отростков позвонков, образующих искривление, приступают к установке дистрактора, местами установки крюков  вл ютс  граничные позвонки . На верхнем граничном позвонке со стороны вогнутости под суставной отросток ввод т крюк 2 дистрактора, второй крюк устанавливают на нижнем граничном позвонке на дугу позвонка также со стороны вогнутости. Установив крюк дистрактора, свинчивают гайку 5, компрессиру  пружину 4. Создаетс  напр жение системы до полного сжати  пружины и, тем самым, удерживаетс  достигнута  коррекци  позвоночника между крюками. Устанавливают дистрактору при сжатой пружине, зашивают рану и в течение мес ца и более из-за силы упругости пружиныThe invention relates to medicine, specifically to orthopedics and traumatologists, and is intended for the distraction and correction of scoliosis. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the dietractor containing a threaded rod with hooks and guide grooves, a spring, an additional spring and nuts are mounted on the rod between the nuts and hooks The latter are connected to the rod by means of a screw installed in the guide slot of the rod. The figure shows a spinal distractor, view. The spinal distractor contains a threaded rod 1 with differently-threaded threads, with hooks 2 and a guide groove 3. On the rod there are two springs 4 placed between hooks 2 and nuts 5. The hooks 2 are connected to the rod 1 by means of a screw 6 installed in the guide groove 3. The distractor is applied as follows. After the skin incision and exposure on one side of the spinous processes, arches, articular processes of the vertebrae, forming a curvature, proceed to the installation of the distractor, the places where the hooks are installed are the border vertebrae. On the upper border vertebra from the side of the concavity, a hook 2 of the distractor is inserted under the articular process, the second hook is installed on the lower border vertebra on the arc of the vertebra also on the side of the concavity. Having installed the distractor hook, tighten the nut 5, compressing the spring 4. A system voltage is created until the spring is fully compressed and, thereby, the spinal correction between the hooks is maintained. The distractor is installed with a compressed spring, and the wound is sutured for a month or more due to the elastic force of the spring.
