Description
(54) METHOD FOR DOSING COMPONENTS OF THE AGGLOMERATION The invention relates to the metallurgical industry and is intended for the dosing of the components of an agglomeration mixture at the sintering plants. The known method of dosing the components of the sintering mixture consists in continuously controlling the weight of the incoming components and affecting the performance of each component 1 feeders. The time averaging capacity of the preprocessing tract is divided into two parts: for the first half of this time, the control, accumulation (integration) and averaging of the error of the closed system of stabilization of the dosed material are performed. The resulting average error is summed (algebraically) with the specification of the performance regulator and is set to correct the system, in order to eliminate the error time accumulated during the first nonoBHFry.
. CHARCHES. . In this case, the adjustment is made in the second half of the time of the averaging ability of the training preparation path. Upon expiration. the correction time is removed from the performance regulator and a 1Glow monitoring and adjustment cycle begins, etc. Tract blend preparation has a balancing ability. Taking into account this property of the control object, in the well-known method, the time of averaging ability is divided into two parts, for the first half period of which the control error is accumulated, averaged, and for the second half period the average value of the error signal is added to the reference signal. However, the control object is constantly subject to pulsed, and 1 when the jump is 1m and monotonous loads (especially with components having a high humidity, more than 5%, and whose size varies over a wide range), due to changes. friability of the material being metered, its segregation in bins, changes in levels
(2.bunkers, sticking on the exit gate, wipe out the gate (2.
The disadvantage of the known method is that the method cannot eliminate the error that occurred during the second half period (during the correction time) of the averaging ability of the preparation path.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the dosing accuracy.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу дозировани компонентов агломерадаонной шихты, заключающемус в контроле отклонени фактического значени массы компонента от заданного в течедае первой части интервала времени усреднительной способности тракта шихтоподготовки и последующей корректировки этого отклонени в течение второй части интервала времени усреднитетной способности тракта шихтоподготовки путем воздействи на регул тор производитель- 20 The goal is achieved in that according to the method of dosing the components of the sintering mixture, which consists in controlling the deviation of the actual mass of the component from the average preparation capacity of the secondary preparation path specified in the first part of the time interval and then correcting this deviation during the second part of the time interval on the manufacturer regulator - 20
ности питател , контроль отклонени осущест- вл ют в течение времегшого интервала, равного разности между временем усреднительиой способности тракта и временем переходного процесса регулировани производительности питател .of the feeder, the deviation control is carried out during the time interval equal to the difference between the path averaging time of the path and the time of the transient control of the performance of the feeder.
Предлагаемый способ более полно учитывает свойства конкретного объекта регулировани , за счет чего улучшаетс качество регулировани , так как дл корректировки системы авто-30 The proposed method more fully takes into account the properties of a particular object of regulation, thereby improving the quality of regulation, since for adjusting the auto-30 system
Вследствие зтгого до минимума уменьшаетс ошибка регулировани системы автоматического дозировани .The minimum dosage time for the transient process is left to be used for the automatic dosing time, and the rest is used to control the quality of the closed-loop automatic dosage system. This has the advantages that, firstly, the object is left more time (within the framework of the averaging capacity of the tract) for self-leveling; secondly, if during the monitoring time an error is accumulated, say, equal to -LO, then a correction impulse is formed equal to + AQ. In this case, due to the relatively short time of the corrective action, the occurrence of additional perturbations on the object is unlikely. Due to this, the regulation error of the automatic dosing system is reduced to a minimum.
