Description
The invention relates to means of preventing and extinguishing underground fires by erecting structures from foam-capped cellular plastics (foams) based on urea-formaldehyde (urea) resins to isolate mining and fire sites of mines during mining and mountain rescue.
CQ.A known installation for producing foam plastic consisting of a pump assembly, a compressor, connecting hoses, a mixing and foaming device CQ.
The disadvantage of this installation is that, 5, the blowing devices used in it are unreliable in operation. Due to the frequent clogging of the slit-like channels of the devices in which the components are mixed, the units have a high viscosity.
The closest to the technical essence of the invention is an installation for producing foam paste containing systems for feeding resin solutions and a foaming-curing product, a foam generator, made in the form of a jet ejector with a choke. Connection with a compressed air supply system and a multi-zigzag tube, and a mixer. Due to the fact that the foam generator is made of a jet ejector and is a zigzag pattern of a foam generating a constant tube. section, and the mixer is taken out separately and is also a jet ejector, blocking by the components of these devices is excluded (there are no channels in the device) 2J. The disadvantage of the installation (11-1) is the unstable frequency ratio of the foam. This is explained by

By the fact that the installation is operated from a mine pneumatic network, the air pressure in which varies from 2 to 6 kgf / cmt. Since the zigzag foam-generating tube is made of 3 units rigidly connected and welded to each other, the angle between the links is constant and the resistance to the passage of the mixture of components, then when the pressure of compressed air in the network changes, the air flow through the foam generator also changes. The working solution is foamed into the foam generator to the foam generator As a result, when the pressure in the pneumatic network fluctuates from 2 to 6 kgf / cm (and the corresponding change in the flow of air through the foam generator), the foam multiplication rate changes from 6 to 6%. Mining operations require foam with a foam expansion rate of 10–12. A decrease in the foam expansion rate causes the foam to become non-compliant (inelastic) and eventually collapses. Increasing the foam multiplicity increases the breathable foam and reduces the insulation properties of the structure. The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the foaming ratio of the foam by providing a constant flow of compressed air. . This goal is achieved by the fact that in an apparatus for producing foam containing systems for feeding resin solutions and foaming-cured product, a foam generator made in the form of a jet ejector with a fitting for connecting with a system of supplying compressed air and a multi-zigzag tube, and a mixer the links of the zigzag tube are connected to each other movably by means of elastic nozzles and are pivotally connected to a system of tons, forming together with them a multi-link parallelogram mechanism, kinematically with The pneumatic cylinder is connected to the pneumatic cylinder with which the foam generator is equipped, the piston cylinder of the pneumatic cylinder being spring-loaded and the rod cavity communicated with the compressed air supply system. Such a design of the zigzag tube of the foam generator allows, when the air pressure in the network changes, to change the angles between the tube and thereby control the resistance of the tube to the passage of the mixture. The components while maintaining a constant flow rate of compressed air stable multiplicity of foam. FIG. I shows an installation diagram for foam production; Figures 2 and 3 are a diagram of a foam-generating zigzag tube with a minimum and maximum pressure of compressed air in the pneumatic system, respectively; in fig. 4 - an element connecting the links of the tube between them and with the rods; The installation (Fig. 1) contains a resin solution supply system consisting of tank i, metering pump 2 and connecting hoses 3, a GPM feed system consisting of tank 4, metering pump 5 and connecting hoses 6, a compressed air pumping system 7, a foam generator 8 and a mixer 9. The foam generator 8 includes an ejector 10 and a foam-generating zigzag tube 11, which consists of links 12 that are movably interconnected by elastic pipes 13 and connected by 14 and 15 (Figs. 2 and 3) are connected to each other by hinges 16 and, together with links, 12 form a multi-link parallelogram mechanism, which is kinematically connected to stem 19 of pneumatic cylinder 20 by means of axes 17 and plug 18, the piston 21 of which is spring-loaded spring 22, and the rod cavity communicated by the pipe 23 with the system 7 of the compressed air supply. The ejector 10 has a fitting 24 for connection with the compressed air supply system 7. The installation works as follows. From the tank 4, the metering pump 5 supplies the working solution of the GP to the ejector 10 of the foam generator 8, where it enters through the nozzle 24 and compressed air from the system 7, then the mixture of air with the GPs enters the foam-generating tube 11, where the process of foaming takes place due to the flow turbulization It is directed to the mixer 9. At the same time, the resin solution is fed from the tank 1 by the dosing pump 2 to the mixer 9. When the foam is mixed with the resin, the resin is cured by the acid in the GP. Foam mass gradually loses fluidity and turns into foam. When the pressure of the air coming from the system 7 into the foam generator, the spring-loaded piston 21, which is still in equilibrium, under the action of the difference of forces from the spring 22 and the air pressure moves in one direction or another, changes. 18, which acts on the I7 axes and mixes the links 12 and the gigs 15, changing the geometry of the zigzag tube (the corners between the links), which leads to a corresponding change in the resistance of the tube.
This adjustment of the resistance of the foam generating tube I1 allows maintaining a constant optimum flow of air through the foam generator, which ensures a stable foaming ratio of the foam.
The tests of the installation model show that when the pressure in the air supply system varies from 2 to 6 kg / cm, the foam expansion ratio ranges from 10 to 12, which is in line with the requirements for foam insulation for mine workings. This invention allows to obtain a foam with a stable expansion ratio, t, e. foam of the required quality.
