Устройство состоит из поршн  1, перемещающегос  внутри цилиндра 2 и св зан ного с гибким т говым органом 3, который своими концами через концевые блоки 4 присоединен к каретке 5. На каретке 5 закреплены ползуны 6 с вырезами под направл ющие 7, выполненными на цилиндре 2. Таким образом, при перемещении поршн  внутри цилиндра, каретка, соединенна  с поршнем гибким т говым органом, перемещаетс  снаружи по цилиндру. В каретке 5 закреплен скребок 8. Цилиндр 2 с кареткой 5 и скребком 8 располагаетс  параллельно оси очищаемого барабана 9. Рассто ние между концом резца 8 и поверхностью барабана 9 принимаетс  наименьшее допустимое с учетом погрешностей монтажа очищающего устройства и возможного эксцентриситета обечайки барабана. К нижней части каретки 5 на щарнире 10 подвешен лоток 11 дл  сбора продуктов очистки, удерживаемый в подн том положении пружиной 12. На раме конвейера закреплена на линии движен1   лотка планка 13 со скосом, плоскость которой перпендикул рна плоскости задней стенки лотка 11. Распределитель 14 предназначен дл  реверсировани  поршн , а вентиль 15 - дл  регулировани  скорости движени  порщн .The device consists of a piston 1 moving inside the cylinder 2 and connected with a flexible rod 3, which, with its ends through end blocks 4, is attached to the carriage 5.
