A known method for compensating the ambiguous dead band of an actuator consists in feeding a compensating signal into the forward path of the system, the amplitude of which is constant and equal to half of the ambiguous dead band, and the polarity of the signal j l. Closest to the present invention is the follow-up electric drive, the cottage implements a method for compensating nonlinearity, which consists in summing the control signal with an additional signal, the value of which is proportional to the backlash, and the sign coincides with the sign of the control signal, and form the additional signal when the control signal phase changes . The disadvantage of this following electric drive is relatively low accuracy. The goal of esbretenr is to increase the accuracy of the method This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of compensating for the non-linearity of the insensitivity type, which consists in summing the control signal and the additional step signal, whose amplitude is half the insensitivity phase and the phase coincides with the control signal phase, the additional signal of the control signal On the opposite side. When a signal is applied to the input, the displaced object will start immediately, since at the same time as the input signal, a signal is received to compensate for A nonlinear type of insensitivity zone with amplitude 1 is sufficient to provide compensation. 62 Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a device implementing the method} in Fig. 2 - the principles of receiving an additional signal to compensate for inactivity for 3, the principle of compensation non-linearity of the dead zone type. To the input of the driver 1, a triggering influence g (-b) is applied. From the output of the driver, the signal h (i) arrives at the error sensor 2. The main feedback signal Z (t) comes to it. From the sensor output, the error to the input of the sensitive / element 3, the error K (t) - it (-t) - Z (i) is received, from the output the error signal is ) arrives at the summing element 4. The input of the sensitive element 3 is given a compensation signal of the influence of the nonlinearity of the insensitivity zone 9 A (t), which is a signal of a constant amplitude of the envelope, the phase of which coincides with the phase of the error signal (Fig. 2) , From the output of the summing element 4 sut-shl U x t act The input of the accelerator transducer 5j from the code of the coder is fed to the actuator element 6. At the output of the actuating element 6, the control quantity V (i) appears, which acts on the regulator {object 7 of the object. At the output of the object there appears a change in the adjustable value L (t). If there is a signal to compensate for the non-linearity of the insensitivity zone type (11), the total signal is visible (13), and the control quantity has the TYPE (15), i.e. The specified nonlinearity is compensated. Such an introduction of an additional signal into the forward control circuit provides an increase in the accuracy of the method for compensating for non-linearity of the dead zone type. of the invention of the method of compensating for the non-linearity of the insensitivity type, consisting in the sum of (the control signal and the additional step-signal, whose amplitude is equal to half of the dead zone and the phase coincides with the phase of the control signal, it differs from in order to increase the 5-way of the method, in it an additional signal is formed at the moment of changing the phase of the control signal to the opposite.
