The invention relates to pump engineering, in particular to piston pumps, driven by muscular force. A pump driven by muscular force is known, comprising a housing, a cylinder with a spring-loaded piston having a rod pivotally connected to a driving handle installed with the possibility of swinging relative to housing 1. However, a known pump is not sufficiently easy to operate, since the piston, when it is located at the extreme dead center, under the action of the force of the spring, it strives to make a working stroke, which forces the operator to hold the actuator handle in the extreme upper position. The purpose of the invention is to improve the ease of operation of the pump. This goal is achieved by the fact that the cylinder is provided with guides rigidly fixed on it for mating with the drive handle and is installed with a possibility of limited swing relative to the body having an emphasis, the swing axes of the cylinder and the drive handle being in the same plane. The drawing schematically shows the device of the pump. The pump includes a housing 1, a cylinder 2 with a piston 3 and a spring 4. The piston has a rod 5, pivotally connected to a driving handle 6 mounted for swinging relative to the housing 1 on an axis 7. The cylinder 2 is provided with a guide 8 fixed to it interface with the drive handle 6 and is installed with the possibility of being limited with the help of a stop 9 rocking on the axis 10 relative to the housing 1, moreover. The axis 10 of the swing of the cylinder 2 is located in the same plane with the axis 7 of the swing of the drive handle 6. The cylinder 2 is also equipped with a suction 11 and discharge 12 valves and a vacuum meter 13. The cylinder 2 can be made of transparent material. The pump works as follows. When the drive handle 6 is moved from the rightmost position in the drawing in the direction counterclockwise, the pistol 3 moves with the help of the rod 5 to the extreme upper position, compressing the spring 4. Simultaneously with the movement of the handle 6
