10,190,380,56 20,180,400,72 30,250,380,80 40,220,200,50 50,150,340,46 60,200,220,55Known steel has a relatively low level of mechanical properties, especially ductility and impact strength at low temperatures. In addition, this steel is characterized by relatively low casting properties, which reduces the water density of the body castings made from it and 1 ture. . The purpose of the invention is to increase the hydrodynamicity of castings, casting and mechanical properties. The goal is achieved by the fact that cast steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium and iron additionally contains alcnium, titanium, vanadium, calcium, barium, magnesium and rare earth metals in the following component ratio, wt.%: Carbon 0.15-0 , 25 Silicon 0.20-0.40 Manganese .0.50-0.80 Chemical 10,190,380,56 20,180,400,72 30,250,380,80 40,220,200,50 50,150,340,46 60,200,220,55
All experienced steel formulations were tested for linear and mechanical properties. Of the casting properties, the fluidity and crack resistance of castings were investigated as the most important properties that largely determine the quality of castings.

The metal was smelted in a 160 kiloamm ISTO 16 induction furnace. The rasaava fractional casting process was treated with additives of 0.15% by weight of a modifier containing aluminum, titanium, vanadium, calcium, rotary, barium and REE. Khmmicheskie soavy melted experienced steel and listed in table. 1. Table 1 tav,% As can be seen from the presented results, the proposed steel significantly exceeds the known steel in the whole complex of the studied properties. Thus, the fluidity and crack resistance exceeds its performance by 35-50% and j25-35%. Strength increases slightly, i.e. from 45.7 to 52.4 kg / cm, the yield strength is from 25.4 to 34.5 kg / mm. The plasticity indices (elongation 25 from 18.2 to 34.5%, contraction from 32.6 to 53.5%) and toughness throughout the whole range of test temperatures under investigation from -70 ° C increase significantly. Testing of an experimental batch of castings made from the proposed steel for hydrodensity, showing that the maximum water pressure without leakage is 150176 atm; compared with the known steel, designed for a maximum pressure of 50 atm, with the same wall thickness. Thus, the proposed cast steel can find wide application in chemical heavy mechanical engineering for rebar castings, as well as in other industries as low-alloy structural steels with an increased level of casting and mechanical properties. The expected economic effect from the introduction of the proposed steel largely depends from the mass production and mass production of castings and can be about
