1The invention relates to general engineering, in particular to mechanic devices for converting motion. A chain mechanism is known for converting rotational motion into. reciprocating, containing a chain transmission and pivotally connected to the chain through a lead driven rod jl. The disadvantage of this mechanism is that, when translating the leash from the progressive movement into the rotational link of the chain to which it is attached, the leash begins to rotate together with the sprocket, which leads to an abrupt stop of the rod The possibility of a mechanism jamming is not excluded. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed one is a transmission for converting rotational motion into reciprocating, dragging an endless chain with two driving sprockets, a guide wheel). made along the line of the centers of the stars, and the carriage mounted in the guide with the possibility of linear displacement and harnesses — but connected with a chain. The disadvantage of the lime transfer is that it hangs on the horizontal part of the chain movement. As a result, when the chain link sprocket runs onto the sprocket, the pressure angles increase, and this does not cause a sharp change in the linear speed of the carriage from the nominal value to zero. As a result, large dynamic loads occur and the possibility of transmission jamming appears, which reduces the reliability and durability of the transmission operation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability and increase the reliability of the transmission. 3 The goal is achieved by the fact that the carriage is made with a groove, perpendicular to the guide, and the transmission is equipped with an additional lead, a slider installed in the slot of the carriage, and an element installed parallel to the plane of motion of the Nepi and having a closed profile groove, while the additional and main leash mounted at an angle to each other, one ends of which are pivotally connected to the links and carry rollers interacting with the profile groove, and their other ends are connected to the slider through a hinge. FIG. Figure 1 shows a kinematic diagram of a chain transmission, for converting rotational motion into reciprocating; in fig. 2 shows a section B-B in FIG. 1. The chain transmission contains an infinite chain 1, two stars; points 2, located along the center line of the sprocket guide 3, in which the carriage 4 is mounted with the possibility of axial movement, with perpendicular to the guide 3 slot 5 , a main driver 6, an additional driver 7, mounted in the groove 5 of the carriage 4 slider 8 and fixed in parallel with the plane of motion of the chain 1 is a fixed element 9 in which a closed profile groove 10 is made. The drivers 6 and 7 are fixed at each other’s angle jointly connected to the star ny chains 1 and carry the rollers-11, interacting with the groove 1O, and the other ends of the leads 6 and 7 through the hinge connected to the slider 8. The transfer works as follows. The carriage 4, on which the working medium is mounted, moves uniformly and progressively along the guide 3 until the leash b (or 7) starts to overlap the sprocket 2. At the same time, point A of the leash 6 begins to perform a rotary motion along the circumference with an asterisk. Point B of the driver 7 performs a more linear movement, and point O of the slider 8 performs a complex movement, the speed vector of which consists of two components of a horizontal component, directed along the axis of the guide 3, and its vertical component - along the axis of the vertical slot 5 of the harrow 4. As the carriage 4 moves to the left, the horizontal component decreases. 3, the vertical component is first magnified, reaches its maximum value, and then decreases to zero. Starting from the time point, when point B of the leash 7 occupies the initial position of point A of the leash 6 and until point A of the leash 6 begins a linear motion along. the lower branch of the chain 1, the carriage 4 remains stationary. With the beginning of the rectilinear motion of point A, a smooth increase in the speed of movement of the carriage 4 begins. From the moment of exit. point B of the leash 7 on the horizontal section of the chain of movement of the tape 4, becomes equal to the speed of movement of the chain 1.. Due to the exclusion of sharp dynamic loads and the reduction of chain sag, the service life increases and the reliability of the chain transmission is increased. Formulas, and because of the acquisition of a chain transmission to convert the rotational motion into a reciprocating, containing an infinite chain, two leading sprockets, a guide, made along the line of the centers of the zedoedok, a carriage mounted in a guide with the possibility of non-movement along it and curved. associated with a chain driver, characterized in that, in order to increase durability and increase reliability by reducing dynamic loads when the direction of movement of the carriage is changed, the groove is made in the latter, perpendicular the guide, the transmission is equipped with an additional driver, a slide mounted in the slot of the carriage, and an element installed parallel to the plane of motion of the chain and having a closed profile slot, the additional and main drivers being angled to each other, one ends of which are hingedly connected to chain links and carry rollers that interact with the profile groove, and their other ends are connected to the slider through the hinge.
