Description
(54) METHOD FOR CLEANING STRONG-BASIC ANIONITIS FROM ORGANIC IMPURITIES
П р и М е р 1. арпую колбу, снабженную термомет-The invention relates to the production of strongly basic anion exchangers and can be used to purify anion exchangers based on chloromethylphenol copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene, which are used in the food industry in bleaching starch powder from organic impurities. Techniques are known to purify technically ion exchangers by washing with high purity pesticides and acids, alkalis and TLJ sr. However, the use of these methods leads to the formation of significant volumes of wastewater. The closest to the proposed technical essence and achievable result is a method of cleaning an-. onita by treating with acute water vapor 2. A disadvantage of the known method is the low decolorizing ability of the purified, strongly basic anionite. The invention is an increase in the decolorizing ability of the horny anion. This goal is achieved by the described method, according to which a strongly basic anion exchanger is treated with sharp steam in the presence of a G-1.5% aqueous solution of sodium chloride. This method makes it possible to obtain the AV-17-1OP anion exchanger with a frequency that provides the optical density of the filtrate O, 2. For 1 volume of technical AV-17-1OP, 2 volumes of distilled water are required. In the process of purification, as a waste, you get 10 ml of condensate with oxidability up to 6O mg. Carrying out the steaming in the presence of a 1-1.5% solution of sodium chloride contributes to the fact that the anion exchange resin is constantly in the chloride form, SUSTAINABLE at 9 0-1OO C and briefly at 110-116 ° C. 20%.For comparison, the same anion exchanger was cleaned by a known method with live steam without a solution of sodium chloride. Comparative indicators of anion exchanger before cleaning and after cleaning according to the known and proposed methods are given in the table, from which it can be seen that the use of the best 15 method allows to increase the decolorizing ability of the strongly basic anion exchange resin AV-17-10P by 20%.
