Устройство имеет раму 1, бункер 2, эластичное сито 3, установленное на поперечных опорах 4 и 5 и эластичных продольных опоpax 6. С одной стороны к раме сито 3 через поперечную опору 5 присоединено с помощью упругих элементов 7, усилие которых регулируетс  гайками 8. Друга  сторона сита 3 соединена с вибратором 9 через поперечную опору 4. Амплитуда колебаний: поперечной опоры 5 будет меньше поперечной опоры 4 за счет сопротивлени  упругих элементов 7, причем чем больще степень сжати  упругих элементов 7, регулируема  гайками 8, тем больше разница в амплитудах колебаний опор 4 и 5. Эта разница и определ ет изменение длины продольных эластичных опор 6 и вместе с ними эластичного сита 3, которое, в свою очередь, определ ет изменение размеров отверстий сита.The vibrator 9 communicates oscillations of transverse support 4 of sieve 3 through ti 10.
