Description
(54) COMPOSITION FOR COATING METAL FORMS
The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of concrete, reinforced concrete and silicate building products in metallic forms. Known lubricant 1 for metal molds, including weight. %; engine oil 70-99; dispersed metal 1-30. The known lubricant does not allow to increase the turnover of the molds due to the need to apply lubricant before each molding. Closest to the present invention is a composition 2 for coating metal forms, in the manufacture of reinforced concrete products, including, May. H: polymeric binder-epoxy resin Dianova resin 100, hardener 11.7; plasticizer 10.0; silicone lacquer 10 and dispersed filler (graphite) 30,0. The disadvantages of the composition are the short service life of the resulting coating, low adhesion to metal, considerable brittleness, insufficient heat resistance, as well as its low resistance to sudden temperature fluctuations, shock and vibration loads. With a sharp temperature drop, which occurs, for example, when transporting molds from the workshop to the workshop, or to the landfill, the polymer coating peels off from the metal or cracks in about 35-40% of cases. In addition, in the process of concreting products, including laying steel equipment, embedded parts, opening and closing the sides of the molds, vibrating on the vibrating plate, etc., the floor experiences mechanical loads, which leads to significant destruction. The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion of the coating to the form and increase its service life. This goal is achieved by the fact that composites for coating metal forms in the manufacture of reinforced concrete products, including a polymer binder and a dispersed filler, contain chlorosulfonated polyethylene and perchlorovinyl as the polymer binder, and at least one component of groups: zinc nichrome.

The use in the proposed composition as a polymer binder mixture of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and perchlorovinyl allows to obtain a glossy film on the outer surface of the coating, which ensures high quality of the front surface of the formable concrete products, as well as due to the chemical resistance of the coating layer to alkaline environment of raw concrete.
The composition for coating metal forms is prepared by simply displacing the components with the addition of an organic solvent in an amount necessary to prepare a mixture of desired consistency, and then the resulting mixture is applied to the surface of a metal form by spraying with a spray gun. If the composition is prepared during its application to the metal form, a metal powder is first applied to the surface of the mold by any known method, for example, by flame spraying or electroplating a metal powder, or the powder is first displaced with a part of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and perchlorofinyl solution in an organic solvent and the resulting mixture 1 is sprayed onto the surface of the metal mold with a spray gun, and then the remaining solution of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and perchl is applied. rvinila.
