Description

На одном из шпинделей 16 неподвижно расположена шестерн  19, которг1  соединена с электродвигателем
20через элементы промежуточной передачи 21 - 26 или через элементы 21,
27 - 31. Промежуточна  передача, соето ща  из элементов 21 - 26, дает ускоренный ход, а передача из элементов
21- 31 - замедленный ход, что необходимо с одной стороны дл  «быстрого перемещени  резцедержател  при изменении диаметра обрабатываемой детали а с другой стороны дл  точной настройки режущего инструмента при износе его режущих кромок. Дл  фиксации шестерен 24 и 31 относительно вала 32 черв чного колеса 25 предусмотрены жестко св занные с этим валом магнитные зубчатые муфты 33 и 34.
Вращение полого вала 4 обеспечиваетс  зубчатым зацеплением 35 и промежуточной передачей от сервомотора (не показано).
Устройство работает следующим образом.
Вращение электродвигател  передаетс  через шестерни 19, 17 шпиндел м 16. При вращении шпинделей 16 по ним перемещгиотс  маточные гайки 15, пода1ипникова  опора 12 со штангами 10, св заннЕлми с конусной втулкой 9.
Осевое перемещение конусной втулки 9 обеспечивает подачу резцедержател  7 к обрабатываемой детали 5.
