Abstract

The cone 9 rotates along with a rotor 10 which is operative to raise the blanks from a bin 12 so that the blanks drop on to the surface of the cone 9, a catch plate 13 being provided to enlarge the catching surface for the blanks. In a second embodiment of feeding device, Figs. 6-8 (not shown), a catch guide plate (20) is provided at the blank orientating station, as an alternative to the cone 9.

Устройство состоит из бункера 1, ротора 2 с лопаст ми 3, наклонного отводного лотка 4, образованного двум  направл ющими 5 и 6, образующими паз 7 дл  перемещени  заготовок 8. Отводной лоток 4 установлен с разворотом вокруг своей оси и относительно вертикальной плоскости. В месте ввода заготовок в паз отводного лотка на одной оси с ротором 2 установлен вращающийс  усеченный конус 9, который облегчает ввод заготовок и предотвращает их заклинивание . В верхней части нижней направл ющей отводного лотка на оси 10 установлена приемна  пластина 11, прилегающа  к усеченному конусу 9. Напротив наза 7 с конусом 9 контактирует захватна  пластина 12. Приемна  нластина 11, конус 9 и захватна  пластина 12 образуют приемник заготовок. Поверхность 13 верхней направл ющей 5 смещена относительно поверхности 14 нижней направл ющей 6. Поверхность 14 установлена под острым или пр мым углом к пазу 7 отводного лотка . Благодар  такому расположению направл ющих поверхностей заготовки могут не только скользить, но и катитьс . Кроме того, неправильно введенные заготовки при помощи верхней планки 15 сбрасываютс  в бункер 1.
