Description
The solutions of all model instruments are increasing dramatically and the necessary guaranteed margin of accuracy between the instrument and the model instrument is not provided. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the surface at low values of the power factor. This goal is due to the fact that in the method of calibrating wattmeters and varmeters by separately feeding the current and voltage circuits and comparing the readings of the reference and test instruments, the voltage vector in the reference instrument is shifted relative to the voltage vector in the test instrument by a given angle, changing The phase of the current flowing through both devices to obtain a zero phase angle between the voltage and the current in the sample device, after which the readings of the devices are compared. FIG. 1 shows the structural scheme of the device that implements this method when checking wattmeters; Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a device that implements a method for calibrating varmeters. The devices contain a test device 1, an exemplary device 2. A circuit on the yarn of a test device 1 is connected to a voltage source 3. The current circuits of the test 1 and model 2 devices are connected in series and connected to the current source 5 connected to the phase regulator 4. In parallel, the voltage circuit of the device under test 1 is connected to a phase-assigning circuit consisting of active element 6 and reactive element 7. When calibrating wattmeters (Fig. 1), the voltage circuit of exemplary device 2 is connected parallel to the active element 6,. (Fig. 2) the voltage circuit of the cutter device 2. Parallel1 is connected: to the reactive element 7. One input (|) of the basic null indicator 8 is connected to elements 6 and 7, and the second input is connected to the operating circuit. The method of calibrating wattmeters and varmetrov is implemented as follows. The parallel circuit of the device under test 1 (Fig. 1) is supplied with the nominal voltage C from the source 3 of the voltage. At the same time, the same voltage is applied to (a building circuit, for example, consisting of connected 6 in series 6 and reactive 7 elements. When calibrating watt meters 0 (Fig. 2), the voltage Y is applied from the active element 6 to parallel tfenb of the sample device 2 phase circuit equal to Od - U OOSvp, - nominal voltage; - voltage on active element 6 phase circuit; H - angle of shift in phase shifter Phase regulator 4 changes the phase of current tl until a zero phase shift between current d and voltage Ua in exemplary device that to It is monitored by a phase zero indicator 8, thereby setting the phase angle between U and 3 in a test meter equal to F. Then the current from the source 1 and sample 2 devices connected in series is supplied with current from source 5, the current is adjusted and set The indicator of the wattmeter is at a verifiable mark.In this, the readings Rd of the wattmeter being watched are equal: Poj UDcos-Ptuk, where D is the error of the checked watt, the reading is P-. model instrument device PO-- Ja. since the phase angle between Ua and 3 is set to zero. From (1) and (3) it follows that Pp-U-Doos. The difference between Рд and TQ is equal to the error of the wattmeter being tested. When calibrating the varmeters (Fig. 2), the voltage of the element 7 equal to: is applied to the parallel circuit of the reference instrument 2 J. (4) Then, the same operations are performed as when checking the meter. The indications fp of the variable varmeter with the combination of its pointer with the calibrated mark of the scale are P U-3-Sm PtA (5) of the reference instrument and the KQ 2 indicators in this case are:
Из (4) н (6) следует, чтоsince the phase angle between U | in e set to zero. From (4) n (6) it follows that
с и-а&тФ,s ia and tf
The difference between P and Pp is equal to the error of the tested varmeter
Pr.Pr.
Thus, this method allows testing devices at low power coefficients, and performing a readout using an exemplary instrument operating at, where the precision of an exemplary instrument is maximum, which explains the increase in the accuracy of the calibration.
