9.1 The invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended to diagnose the functional state of the skin. A device for radiography on p-radiation is known, which contains a p-radiation detector with an end-discharge gas particle counter. This device does not allow skin blood flow to be studied in the deeper layers of the skin. It is also known a device for radiography on Y-radiation, containing a scintillic polymerized y-radiation detector, an amplifier, a pulse recording unit, and a display unit. This device is the closest to the described invention to the technical essence and the achieved result. The drawback of the device is that the detectors with inorganic scintillators are sensitive only to X radiation and practically do not detect the 0 radiation of a radioactive indicator, therefore, obtained by measuring with their help information characterizes only the total clearance of the skin preparation without possibly obtaining information about transport of the indicator in the surface layer of the skin. On the other hand, the use of end-discharge gas meters provides information on the process of diffusion of the indicator and its permeability to Fig ry only with the surface skin layer of limited thickness due to low permeation od of the p- and weak radiation of the sensitivity of the detector to the gas discharge UV radiation. Therefore, separate use of the detectors makes it impossible to simultaneously measure all the features of microhemocirculation in the skin in order to obtain comprehensive information about its functional state. The chain of the invention is to increase the credibility of the study. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for the study of microhemocirculation in the skin, containing a scintillation detector y -radiation, an amplifier at the output of the detector, a pulse detection unit and a unit for presenting the results for graphy, the detector is made with two. 8 elements, one of which is an organic scintillator in the form of a plane-parallel plate with a thickness equal to the length of the maximum range and -particles in the material of the scintillator, and one of the plates flatness is covered with svetoneproni-. the film is in direct contact with the skin, the other is optical contact with the flat surface of the second detector element made of inorganic scintillator, and a pulse separation unit and a pulse detection unit from / 3-particles are inserted into the device, the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the pulse separation unit, the outputs of which are connected respectively to the input of the pulse detection units from Y-quanta and 3-particles. The drawing shows the block diagram of the device. A device for radioisotope microcirculation testing in the skin consists of a scintillator 1 made, for example, from organic polystyrene and in optical contact with an inorganic scintillator 2 made, for example, from Csl (Te), and a photomultiplier 3. Output of a photomultiplier 3 connected to unit 4 for amplifying and separating pulses. duration. The outputs of block 4 are connected respectively to the counters 5 and 6 pulses from / 5- and Y-radiation, which are connected to blocks 7 and 8 of the measurement of the average frequency-. You follow the impulses and on with block 9 registration. The device is powered from high-voltage and low-voltage power supply units 10 and 11. The device works in the following way. Radiation emissions from - and y-radiation are recorded by scintillators I and 2, respectively. The total flux of light flashes arising in both scintillators is converted by the photomultiplier 3 into electrical pulses. After amplification, the pulses are separated in duration by block 4. After that, the pulses jb and y-rays are counted by counters 5 and 6, their average frequency in blocks 7 and 8 is determined and the results are recorded in block 9.
