The device relates to a measuring technique and can be used in mechanical engineering, aviation industry to control the roughness of the metal surfaces of the parts in question. A device for measuring the roughness, containing a probe that is moved along the surface of the product, and a signal processing circuit for movement of the probe 1 is known. However, the accuracy of surface investigation with such a device is low, as mechanical scanning is used here, which leads to large faults due to backlashes, and in addition, the scanning speed is negligible. The closest to the proposed invention to the technical essence is a device for measuring the roughness of electrically conductive products, containing a capacitive transducer formed by the product and an electrode, and a unit converting the capacitance into an electrical signal connected to the output of the transducer 2. The disadvantage of this device is that the final dimensions Electrodes do not allow to improve the accuracy of surface roughness measurement. The evaluation of the surface is integral. The selection of the values of individual parameters of roughness is difficult. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. This goal is achieved by the fact that the iTO electrode is made in the form of a cathode ray tube with a dielectric screen, and its cathode is connected to the capacitance converting unit. In addition, the device is equipped with a software control unit, to the outputs of which the tube deflecting electrodes are connected. The drawing shows a diagram of the device for controlling roughness. The device contains a capacitive transducer formed by the product. 1 and a cathode ray tube 2 s; n; and an electric screen 3 and a cathode 4 connected to the input of an auto-generator 5 converting the capacitance into an electrical signal (in this case a capacitive transducer is included in the resonator circuit of the auto-oscillator). The output of the oscillator is 5 at / 1 connected to the input of the multiplier 6 frequency, and the output of the multiplier 6 frequency - to the input of the analyzer 7 spectrum. The diverting electrodes 8 are connected to the outputs of the nporpciMMHoro control unit. The device works as follows. The focused electron beam scans on the inner side of the dielectric screen 3 of the cathode ray tube 2 and forms a capacitive coupling to the screen of the surface of the product i that is being spotted projected onto the screen. The software control unit 9 controls the beam of a given program, and the capacitive coupling changes along the beam path due to the roughness of the product. At the same time, the oscillation spectrum of the autogenerator 5 also changes, and frequency components appear in it that carry information about the roughness of the surface under study. The output signal of the oscillator 5 is multiplied in frequency multiplier 6 to (4 - 10) 10 times, then the spectrum of the output signal of the frequency multiplier B is measured by the analyzer 7 of a hectare. Spur of this signal determines the roughness of the part. Block 9 of the software management allows you to pre-define any law for studying surface roughness and can be interfaced with a computer. The said device for controlling the roughness of electrically conductive products improves measurement accuracy by differential study of the surface of the part, spinless and backlash-free scanning with detailed detection of the surface relief of the part and the autogenerator measurement circuit with a frequency output. 1. An apparatus for measuring the roughness of electrically conductive products, comprising a capacitive transducer formed by the product and an electrode, and a unit for converting a capacitance into an electrical signal connected to the output of the transducer, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy of the measurement, the electrode is made in the form of an electron-tube with a dielectric screen, and its cathode is connected to a capacitance conversion unit. 2. The device according to claim 1, which is provided with the fact that it is equipped with a software control unit, to the outlets of which the deflecting electrodes of the tube are connected.
