Description
Изобретение относитс к промьшшем ности строительных материалов, в час ности к технологии получени -стеколь ной шихты дл производства бесцветны стекол. Известен способ получени стеколь ной шихты дЛ бесцветного стекла путем карбонизации полученного из перлита жидкого стекла, фильтрации и промывки пульпы, гидротермальной обработки силикатного осадка совместно с-шихтообразующими компонентами, и таблетировани fl . Однако в известном способе обработку жидкого стекла осуществл ют в бак-мешалке, что приводит к недостаточной очистке шихты ввиду переменно го содержани и ,гидротер мальна .обработка шихты длительна: 30-60 мин, а высока температура и выше - приводит к большим зат ратам энергии. Цель изобретени - повышение степени чистоты стекла и интенсификаци процесса производства. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в известном способе получени стекольной шихты дл производства бесцветного стекла путем карбонизации полученного из перлита жидкого стекла, фильтрации и промывки пульпы, гидротермальной обработки силикатного осадка совместно с шихтообразующими компонентами, сушки и таблетировани , карбонизацию осуществл ют в струйном реакторе углекислым газом при давлении жидкого стекла 3-6 кг/см и вакууме 0,3-0,8 кг/см в камере смешени при 20-100°С, гидротермальную обработку ведут при 20-70°С в течение 10-30 мин, сушку осуществл ют при 220-500°С, а таблетирование - под давлением 5000-9000 кг/см. Под давлением 3-6 кг/см жидкое стекло, полученное соответствующим образом из перлита, подают в струйный реактор, туда же под вакуумом 0,3-0,8 кг/см подаетс углекислый газ.
